Teenage girl critically injured in overnight Quindaro Park shooting
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A teenage girl is in the hospital with critical injuries after she was shot overnight in a Kansas City, Kansas, park.
According to a , at about 3:15 a.m. Saturday, deputies were called to Quindaro Park — located just north of Interstate 635, near Park Drive and Sewall Avenue — on reports of a shooting.
When deputies arrived, they reported finding a Hispanic teenage girl suffering from gunshot wounds.

The teen was taken to a hospital, where she is currently reported to have life-threatening injuries.
The sheriff's office said a suspect has been identified and taken into custody.
