Aneka Jaringan bags RM72.3mil piling contract in Kuala Selangor

KUALA LUMPUR: Aneka Jaringan Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Aneka Jaringan Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Quantum Alpha Sdn Bhd to undertake piling works for a proposed data centre project in Kuala Selangor for RM72.30 million. In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, the foundation construction company said that the contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure. "However, it is expected to contribute positively to Aneka's consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial years ending Aug 31, 2025, and 2026, during the duration of the contract. "The commencement date of the contract is July 28, 2025, and it shall be completed on Dec 27, 2025," it added. -- BERNAMA
