Vegas woman's brazen scheme caught on camera after she went to hotel with man whose $18k Rolex 'caught her eye'
A Vegas woman was filmed fleeing a hotel room after allegedly robbing a man she met at a nightclub whose $18,000 Rolex 'caught her eye,' police say Video footage captured the moment Rachel Marie Warner, 24, made her getaway barefoot down the hallway of the East Hotel in Brickell, Miami, on May 8 - just three hours after entering the room with a man she'd met for drinks at a rooftop bar earlier that night. Warner, who was visiting the Florida city from her home in Nevada, is accused of drugging and robbing multiple men she met at upscale Miami bars with her most recent heist being an $18,000 Rolex from her latest victim. Footage that emerged this week shows Warner dashing into an elevator while barefoot with her heels in hand. Another camera captured Warner crossing the street outside just moments later, stilettoes now firmly on her feet. Warner was arrested by Miami police on May 8 after the man reported he had been drugged and robbed. The two allegedly met at Sugar, a trendy rooftop bar in the city's financial district. He told officers Warner had joined him for drinks and later accompanied him back to his hotel. Footage from inside the elevator shows the pair heading to his room. But according to the arrest report, the victim's memory stops shortly after Warner prepared him a drink inside. 'After consuming the drink, the victim stated he does not recall what transpired afterward,' police said. By the time he woke up, Warner, and his luxury Rolex, were both gone. But detectives say the incident wasn't Warner's first rodeo. Back in March, another man told police he met Warner and brought her to his apartment on Northeast First Avenue. While he was briefly in the bathroom, Warner allegedly made off with his Rolex from a safe. And on New Year's Eve, a third man reported partying with Warner at LIV Nightclub in Miami Beach. After the celebration, he said she disappeared from his Midtown apartment-along with more than $60,000 worth of jewelry, watches and cash. And when authorities finally tracked her down, they found incriminating messages on her phone suggesting she wasn't working alone. 'I gave him all the drops and he still hasn't fell asleep,' one text reportedly read, an apparent reference to spiking a victim's drink. She is pictured going into the elevator while barefoot with her heels in hand Inside Warner's purse, cops also discovered two bottles of eye drops containing a white liquid, which they said was 'inconsistent with clear eye drops' and suspected to be laced with drugs. She now faces various charges, from burglary with assault or battery, to grand theft, and possession of a controlled substance, believed to be ketamine.

Las Vegas woman arrested in Miami after robbing man of $18K Rolex, cops say
A man went out to a Brickell rooftop bar and invited a woman back to his hotel room. He later woke up confused and disoriented, and the woman was gone, along with his $18,000 Rolex watch. Now, that woman, identified as 23-year-old Rachel Marie Warner of Las Vegas, has been arrested on Thursday and accused and stealing from him in what Miami Police describe as a targeted scheme. The victim met Warner near the valet of the East Hotel at 788 Brickell Plaza on April 8. After chatting briefly, the two went up to Sugar, the hotel's rooftop bar, for drinks. Later that night, they returned to his unit inside the hotel, according to her arrest affidavit. The man told police Warner had made him a drink in his room. After drinking it, he said he blacked out and doesn't remember what happened next. He later woke up alone and found that his luxury watch was missing, and his phone had been locked and tampered with. Security footage shows Warner leaving the unit alone around 3:30 a.m. and quickly exiting the hotel. Detectives say the incident fits a growing trend they call a 'bad date' scam: women approach men wearing expensive jewelry in nightlife areas, gain their trust, then allegedly drug and rob them once they're alone. Investigators released a flier to identify Warner and were able to track her down one month later. Undercover officers saw her chatting with a 61-year-old man and followed her as she began to leave the area with him. Once she was safely away from the scene, police moved in to arrest her. Inside Warner's purse, officers reportedly found two eye-drop bottles filled with a white liquid believed to be a drug used to incapacitate victims. The substance is being tested in a lab. A distinctive back tattoo helped further confirm her identity. Police say the victim experienced effects far stronger than alcohol and insists he did not knowingly take any drugs. Investigators believe Warner used deception to gain access to his room and rob him. Warner was taken to the police station, where she agreed to speak with detectives. She is charged with burglary with assault or battery, grand theft and possession of a controlled substance. Jail records show Warner remains in Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of Thursday afternoon.
