In the north, western areas will also see some late afternoon sunshine, including The Pas and Flin Flon.
The northeast will remain cloudy, with showers possible around Island Lake and Gillam.
Forecast highs across the north Monday are in the upper teens to low 20s.
An upper ridge of high pressure over the prairies will continue to bring some clearing overnight across Manitoba. That, coupled with light winds and surface moisture after recent rains, should produce fog overnight. Visibility could be reduced into the Tuesday morning commute.
The ridge will also usher in another blast of heat across the province on Tuesday, with highs in the upper 20s in the south and low to mid-20s in the north.
Many areas will also be sunny or see a mix of sun and cloud.
