Red Arrows fly past: Where and when to see this weekend's displays

The Red Arrows are once again taking to the skies after yesterday's VJ Day celebrations. The RAF jet pilots will put on a display at the Eastbourne International Airshow this afternoon. It comes after the aerobatic display team put on a flypast yesterday to commemorate VJ Day, or Victory over Japan Day. They first took to the skies along the south coast, but travelled into the midlands above Birmingham and Wolverhampton for the patriotic display. But if you missed them, you may still be able to catch a glimpse this weekend. The Red Arrows will head off from Bournemouth shortly after 4pm, flying across Nettlestone Point, the south of Brighton, Lewes and Wilminton until arriving at the display at 4.30pm. They will remain there for the show, flying oversea until heading back to Bournemouth around 5pm.
