Albertville man arrested in shooting near Asbury
MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — The Marshall County Sheriff's Office says an Albertville man has been arrested and charged with murder in the shooting death of a man near Asbury Monday.
MCSO said Rafael Comacho Jr., 28, of Albertville, was arrested and charged with murder in the death of Millard Jerry Anderson.

On July 7, Anderson was found dead at his residence on Brothers Road with a gunshot wound to the head, according to the sheriff's office.
MCSO said investigators quickly determined Comacho was a potential suspect and he was taken into custody on a certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm charge.
The sheriff's office said Comacho remains in custody without bond due to a probation violation.
Sheriff Phil Sims said investigators believe the shooting was an isolated incident.
'We believe this is an isolated incident over a dispute,' the sheriff said. 'The offender was taken into custody in a short amount of time on gun-related charges and is not a threat to the community. Our investigators worked very hard on this case to obtain the necessary information and evidence needed to charge Comacho with this heinous act.'
