With no new contract for Leroy Sané and Serge Gnabry's contract expiring in 2026, the Bundesliga champions exploring their options for reinforcements in the wide areas. Per the report, Leão is not averse to joining Bayern, who held a meeting with the Portuguese's representatives at the end of last week with the Rekordmeister showing genuine interest. Advertisement Leão – who scored 12 goals and provided 13 assists in 50 games for Milan last season – holds a contract with the Lombardy club until 2028. However, although there is interest from both the club and player, a potential stumbling block is Milan's valuation. Leão's meeting with Milan officials could decide future amid Bayern links
There will be a meeting held tomorrow between Milan officials and Rafael Leão's representatives, Corriere dello Sport reports. The Italian news source believes the player's future could be decided once the meeting finishes. Advertisement Leão is under contract until 2028 with a €175million release clause, which is an unrealistic figure to pay for most clubs. Should he decide to leave, Milan's initial asking price will be €130m, but after a disappointing season, it's not ruled out that this price could drop. Al-Ittihad, Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr are ready to offer Leão €25million per year. Other options in Europe include Bayern but they wouldn't match such numbers.

Arsenal in talks with AC Milan winger Rafael Leão
Arsenal have been in talks recently with AC Milan winger Rafael Leão (25), according to Foot Mercato. The Gunners are planning to inject fresh blood in attack and the former Lille winger is reportedly part of Andrea Berta's short-list. The Arsenal Sporting Director was in talks with Leão over the phone this month to make Arsenal's interest known. The Portugal international is tied with Sergio Conceição's Rossoneri over a contract set to expire in 2028. Leão may leave for pastures new as Milan have failed to qualify for Europe next season. Indeed, Milan are certain to finish out of the top 6 in Serie A, which may force their hands in the transfer market to sell their prized assets. The Portuguese winger may very well play his final game with Milan tonight at home against Monza. Leão had a middling season with the Serie A giants. He logged 12 goals and 13 assists in 50 games played in all competitions. Foot Mercato adds that Leão does not top Arsenal's shortlist as the Gunners will prioritize other targets to strengthen Mikel Arteta's squad. GFFN | Bastien Cheval
