Controversial I'm A Celeb star signs up for Bake Off eighteen months after jungle feud
CONTROVERSIAL I'm A Celeb star is swapping creepy crawlies for cake tins - signing up for Bake Off just 18 months after a fiery jungle feud. The reality TV troublemaker is set to roll up their sleeves and step into the famous tent for the celebrity edition. 5 5 Nella Rose caused chaos in the I'm A Celeb jungle back in 2023 with her headline-grabbing clashes and tearful exit. Now the YouTube sensation is hoping to whip up something sweeter as she trades drama for dessert on The Great Celebrity Bake Off. Viewers are already bracing themselves for kitchen meltdowns. A source said: "Nella's a Channel 4 favourite and has done loads of digital channel. She is a big personality with a huge younger following and bosses are keen to tap into that. "She proved she could be box office when she was on I'm A Celeb, but Bake Off chiefs think she'll be able to show a different side to her personality in the tent and will be a lot of fun." Singers Rag'n'Bone Man and JoJo Siwa are also signing up to take part. Strictly contestant Vicky Pattison has also joined the line-up, along with Molly-Mae Hague, Mark Wright, Edith Bowman, Jon Richardson and One Day actress Ambika Mod. I'm A Celeb star looks completely different as she shows off incredible weight loss and denies using fat jabs NELLA'S I'M A CELEB JOURNEY Nella caused a stir in the jungle during her time on I'm A Celeb in 2023. Viewers were left divided as the YouTube star didn't hold back, delivering fiery one-liners and emotional outbursts that made her one of the most talked-about contestants of the season. She famously clashed with her campmates, including Fred Sirieix, just days into the series. Fred made a remark which seemingly offended Nella about his age, in which he told the social media star: 'I am old enough to be your dad." Fred quickly apologised and Nella accepted, with a condition. Nella told Fred in the show: "I accept your apology, but let's not be friends." She later told hosts Ant and Dec she didn't think Fred considered the emotional weight of his remark. Despite the drama, she built a strong fanbase and proved she wasn't afraid to speak her mind. NELLA'S NEW GIG Nella landed a gig as the co-host of the Channel 4.0 show Boss Pitches. She co-hosted a six-part series with fellow internet personality, GK Barry, 24. The new series includes celeb guests who will be lending their time, experience and credentials to the budding entrepreneurs who are seeking their assistance in starting up their new businesses. Celebrity guests include businesswoman and YouTuber Patricia Bright, 37, Konan, 34, from UK rap duo Krept and Konan, and podcasters James Duncan and Fuhad Dawodu of Shxts N Gigs. Hannah Wesson, executive producer at BBC Studios Entertainment, said: "Nella Rose and GK Barry are the perfect duo to 'boss it' in the boardroom and we can't wait for viewers to watch the show." 5 5 5

Huge chart-topping singer 'becomes latest star to sign up for Celebrity Great British Bake Off' alongside Molly-Mae Hague and JoJo Siwa
One of the UK's biggest singers has reportedly joined the next series of Celebrity Bake Off. Rag 'N' Bone man, 40, who rose to fame with hits like Human and Giant, is set to swap the mic for a mixing bowl when filming kicks off later this year for the upcoming Stand Up To Cancer special. A source told The Sun: 'He's really excited about getting in the tent - he can't wait for his son to see him baking on TV! 'He's watched the show - now he's ready to impress the judges'. MailOnline has contacted representatives of Rag 'N' Bone Man for comment. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Rag 'N' Bone man, who rose to fame with hits like Human and Giant, is set to swap the mic for a mixing bowl when filming kicks off later this year for the upcoming Stand Up To Cancer special The hitmaker whose real name is Rory Graham, previously revealed that Bake Off was the only reality show he would sign up for, after admitting he was actually a dab hand in the kitchen. During lockdown, the BRIT Award winner found himself falling in love with baking while spending time with his young son. Back in 2021, he shared with Sky News: 'My son enjoys cakes, like a lot of three-year-olds do. 'So we got into making all sorts of different kinds of cakes, I've kind of become quite good at baking, which is not necessarily a bad thing.' And when quizzed about taking part in Bake Off, he said he was a fan of the show and despite not liking the thought of appearing on reality shows, would make the exception. He said: 'If they want me, I'll be there. 'I don't really like the idea of reality shows, but I reckon I'd give Bake Off a go. If Big Narstie can do, I can do it.' The news comes just days after it was claimed that fashion influencer Molly-Mae Hague, comedian Babatúndé Aléshé and Dance Moms alum JoJo Siwa are also set for the iconic Bake Off tent. Molly-Mae, is set to make her come back to reality TV on the Channel 4 show for the first time since Love Island. The influencer, 26, has been placed firmly in the spotlight since her break-up last year with Tommy Fury, which was chronicled in her Prime Video documentary, Molly-Mae: Behind it All. A source told The Sun earlier this week: 'She will be a great addition to the line-up and bring a healthy helping of Love island glamour to the tent. 'Molly's now one of Britain's biggest TV stars and has seen her fame steadily grow since she first appeared on the ITV dating show back in 2019.' While JoJo is also said to be going on the show after taking Celebrity Big Brother by storm earlier this year. The Dance Moms star, 22, is said to have been scooped up by Channel 4 to film the celebrity spin-off in the midst of her huge surge in popularity in the UK. A source told The Sun: 'This is a bit of a coup for the Bake Off because Jojo is currently one of the most talked about young stars on TV right now. 'She's barely had time to catch her breath, leaving CBB last month amid huge media attention and heading straight into another huge show this month.' They added that it's a 'fantastic gig for her' because although she already has a fanbase over here, the baking show will also introduce her to a wider British audience. Comedian Babatunde Aleshe is also said to be on the star-studded line-up, after his stint on I'm A Celeb in 2022. A TV insider told The Sun: 'Babatunde is guaranteed to be hilarious and will no doubt have plenty of banter with Paul, Noel, Caroline and Alison. 'He's not known for his prowess in the kitchen so there's sure to be some panicky moments laced with the good humour he's known for. 'His energy on the Gogglebox sofa has always been pure positivity and very infectious, and bosses are hoping he'll bring that to the tent.' The celebrity special of the beloved Channel 4 baking show is set to take place later this year, with hosts noel Fielding and Alison Hammond returning, alongside judge Paul Hollywood.
