As per the latest update, candidates now have time until May 5, 2025, to submit their application forms. The PTET 2025 exam date , however, remains unchanged and will be held on June 15, 2025, as originally scheduled. It was later extended to April 17, 2025. This new extension offers aspiring candidates additional time to complete their applications for this state-level entrance exam. The Rajasthan PTET is conducted for admission into the two-year Bachelor of Education (BEd) course offered at various colleges across Rajasthan. In addition, science stream candidates can also apply for the integrated four-year programmes—Bachelor of Arts–Bachelor of Education (BA BEd) and Bachelor of Science–Bachelor of Education (BSc BEd). Exam pattern and structure The Rajasthan PTET 2025 will consist of a single question paper, which is divided into four sections. These include Mental Ability, Teaching Attitude and Aptitude Test, General Awareness, and Language Proficiency. Each section will comprise 50 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), totalling 200 questions. Each question carries 3 marks, bringing the full paper to a maximum of 600 marks. The total duration of the examination will be 3 hours. The paper will be available in either English or Hindi, except for the Language Proficiency section which will test specific language skills.
