422 Health Services Provided in Al-Haymah Al-Kharijiyah

Sana'a (Saba) – The Omrah Hospital in Arhab District and the Emergency Hospital in Al-Haymah Al-Kharijiyah District in Sana'a Governorate provided more than 422 health, medical, and therapeutic services on the first day of the Ramadan Medical Charity Program, implemented by the governorate's hospitals during the holy month of Ramadan. Sana'a - Saba: Al-Shahid Mohammed Al-Durrah Hospital in Jahana District, Sana'a Governorate, provided over 300 health, medical, and treatment services on its first day as part of the Ramadan Medical Charity Program implemented by the governorate's hospitals during the holy month of Ramadan. Dr. Talal Al-Jabri, the hospital director, told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that free medical services, diagnostic and treatment services with a 50% discount, were provided across internal medicine clinics, ophthalmology, gynecology, and diagnostic and treatment departments. This initiative is part of a program carried out by the hospital in cooperation with the Health and Environment Office in the governorate. He noted that free medical services will be provided during the period from 18 to 22 Ramadan 1446 AH, in addition to free pharmacy services for dispensing available medications at the hospital. Dr. Al-Jabri emphasized the hospital administration's commitment to implementing the directives of the leadership of the Ministry of Health and Environment and the governorate to alleviate the suffering of citizens and provide them with health, medical, and treatment services, especially during the month of Ramadan. Inauguration of Ramadan Medical Charity Program in Sana'a Governorate

Sana'a-Saba: The Ramadan Medical Charity Program, which will continue until the end of Ramadan, was launched on Saturday at the 26th September Hospital Authority - Matnet Bani Matar in Sana'a Governorate, and provides free medical services and others at a discount of 50%. The Chairman of the Authority, Dr. Abdul Nasser Al-Dhari, explained that the program, supported by the Ministry of Health and Sana'a Governorate, provides medical services around the clock to alleviate the suffering of citizens, as 366 services were provided on the first day. The Deputy Director of the Health Office indicated that the program is implemented by the decision of the Health Council in the governorate, and covers multiple hospitals, in line with the needs of the community and the epidemiological situation. The program includes the provision of various medical services several hospitals in the governorate according to the following schedule: - 8-12 Ramadan: Surgical, internal, orthopedic, and urology clinics in 26 September Hospital - Matn Bani Matar. - 15-19 Ramadan: Obstetrics & Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Pediatrics at 22 May Hospital - Rib Hamadan. - 18-22 Ramadan: Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine at Martyr Mohammed Al-Durra Hospital - Jahanah. 23-27 Ramadan: Obstetrics and Gynecology, Urology, Internal Medicine and Orthopedics at Awmra Hospital - Arhab, and similar services at Bani Mansour Emergency Hospital - Al-Hayma External. Sana'a Health Council reviews hospitals performance, approves new projects

Sana'a - Saba: Sana'a Health Council, led by Sana'a governor Abdulbasit al-Hadi, convened on Tuesday to discuss achievement reports from various hospitals, evaluate service delivery to citizens, and outline plans for future service improvements. The meeting, attended by Dr. Khaled al-Muntaser, Director of the Health and Environment Office, and hospital directors, reviewed projects completed during the 2024 fiscal year. The council assessed the progress of the Heart and Dialysis Centers at the 22nd of May Hospital in Dhila Hamdan, acknowledging the operational challenges posed by limited resources. Dr. al-Muntaser and Eng. Khaled al-Dhabhani, Deputy Director of Engineering Affairs at the Ministry of Health and Environment, presented the designs for the Sana'a General Model Hospital project. This ambitious project, planned for a 60,000 square meter site, will include medical centers, annexes, 450 inpatient beds, and 100 intensive care beds, with an estimated cost of $20 million. The council also reviewed and approved the construction designs for the general emergency building, care, and diagnostic departments at Omrah Hospital in Arhab district, with an estimated cost of 110 million Y.R. Implementation procedures were approved to begin. Dr. Mujahid al-Rumaim, Deputy Director of the Health and Environment Office, detailed Ramadan Medical Charity Program, which will provide free medical services in the province's hospitals during Ramadan. The council approved the announcement of the program's services and scheduled its implementation from the eighth of Ramadan until the end of the month. Attendees expressed gratitude for the local authority's support in implementing health projects and advancing strategic initiatives to improve healthcare services in the province.
