The 44-year-old reality TV star and businessman Rami Hawash got engaged for the third time on Valentine's Day 2024 during a romantic getaway to the Maldives - having previously postponed their wedding in 2023 to focus on other priorities - and explained that the pair are planning a more intimate ceremony after Rami's father sadly passed away last year. In an interview with Closer magazine, the former star of 'The Only Way Is Essex' said: "The more this has gone on, we kind of just want to do a wedding for us. Because with these showbiz weddings, it all becomes about other people." Despite the pair being forced to postpone their wedding day again, Gemma is adamant she will say "I do" to Rami in 2026. She said: "We're definitely getting married. Definitely, definitely doing it." Gemma and Rami, 50, met in 2011, and they got engaged in 2013 before breaking off the engagement just weeks later. She and Rami got engaged for a second time in 2021, and the lovers' relationship has been strong ever since. Gemma said: "We're really happy. Everything's just aligned." The GC - Gemma's alter-ego which was created by TV personality Sam Faiers, 34, during the third series of the ITV reality show - shot to fame when she joined 'TOWIE' in 2011, but she quit the show in 2014. The programme is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year and Gemma has revealed she has been asked back and wants to do it - but her agent is less keen. She explained: "They've asked me back. My agent's saying no, but I do want to do it. "It'll be fun." Gemma has battled with her weight for years, but after she shed two stone after doctors approved her for the weight-loss jab Mounjaro last November, she hopes to have a baby with Rami in 2026. Gemma - who is a stepmum to Rami's six-year-old son Tristan - recently told The Sun newspaper: "I want to have a baby. I truly believe that once my weight goes, I'll fall pregnant. Article continues below "That's my hope. I want a baby... And I truly believe I'll have twins... "I can't believe I've finally found something that works. I've lost nearly two stone already and it's been completely effortless - I don't even want to eat anymore!"

Kate Middleton's clever tactic for avoiding personal questions about her family
Our community members are treated to special offers, promotions and adverts from us and our partners. You can check out at any time. More info Kate Middleton and Prince William are well known for their vigilant approach to preserving the privacy of their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis; however, they do let slip endearing details about their little ones on occasion. Whether it's unveiling that Princess Charlotte has proclaimed herself quite the goalkeeper to England's Lionesses, as relayed by Prince William, or Kate disclosing adorable comments from young Prince Louis in the wake of the Queen's passing, we get rare glimpses into the Cambridge household. But, Kate has a rather ingenious method for sidestepping personal queries in public, ensuring not too much is divulged about her family life. This particular tactic came to light courtesy of Hollywood actor Rami Malek who whimsically offered his babysitting services to the royal couple. READ MORE -Louise Redknapp says 'I've been through a lot' as she opens up on life after Jamie READ MORE -Dan Walker's four-word honest verdict as Gary Lineker leaves Match of the Day Discussing his interactions with royalty on Jimmy Kimmel's US chat show, he reflected on a memorable conversation he had with The Princess of Wales at the 2019 BAFTAs, where he scooped up the best actor gong for his role as Freddie Mercury in 'Bohemian Rhapsody'. As the royals were then recent parents to their third child, Prince Louis, Rami's bold offer seemed to catch Kate off guard. During his TV appearance, he recounted: "The funniest thing about that was, I said, 'If you ever need a day off, some time off, I'm back-up for you.'", reports the Mirror. (Image: AFP via Getty Images) (Image: Daily Mirror/Ian Vogler) (Image: PA) Delving further into the encounter, he shared Kate's initial puzzlement: "She's like, 'What do you mean?' I go, 'I can babysit, you guys go out, have a good time.'" He then mentioned how he addressed the recent arrival of Prince Louis, saying to Kate: "'You just had a baby, right?' I think she was taken aback." However, Rami then shared how Kate skilfully redirected the conversation back to him. He said: "She said, 'How are you doing?' [I'm like,] 'No, how are you?' And in the most regal, elegant way, she gave me a look. But you can tell. Imagine, you're dressed to the nines, have to talk to all these actors." Rami also noted the careful attention the royals pay during their interactions, saying: "They're so careful. But it was so cool. I think I caught her off guard for a second. And, you know, had that look of – in the most elegant, professional, royal way – 'Yes, it's a lot, having a kid.'". It appears that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge appreciated his candidness, as Prince William later invited him to co-host the previous Earthshot Prize Awards ceremony in Boston. Rami isn't the only one who admires the Duchess of Cambridge - actress Reese Witherspoon has also praised Kate's grace and professionalism in her personal memoir, Whiskey in a Teacup. Reese fondly remembered the day she met Kate, saying: "I was up at 4am doing my hair. That's early, even for me. I was up, dressed and waiting by the door by 7am. Jim took pictures of me in the car. You can see rays of happiness shooting out of my face. I love Kate Middleton that much. "And she did not disappoint! She was just lovely and warm, elegant and composed. She also told a joke, and I immediately fell under her spell. She's just as magnificent as she seems to be. She's a very compassionate, socially conscious, deeply caring person. It takes a very special person to decide to commit to that kind of life."

Kate Middleton avoids answering personal questions with brilliant trick
Kate Middleton and her fellow royals are forever meeting 'normal' people under the gaze of the public eye - but a clever way she avoids personal questions has been revealed Kate Middleton and Prince William are famously vigilant when it comes to safeguarding the privacy of their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, yet they occasionally share charming snippets about the young royals' lives. Whether it's Prince William conveying Princess Charlotte's boast to the England Lionesses about her goalkeeping prowess or Kate sharing little Louis' words following the Queen's passing, the couple have let slip some delightful anecdotes. Yet Kate actually has a very clever way of avoiding personal questions in public to avoid revealing too much about her family's lives. The story was revealed by actor Rami Malek, who once hilariously offered to babysit for the royal pair. Chatting on Jimmy Kimmel's US TV show, he reminisced about his chat with the Princess of Wales at the 2019 BAFTAs, where he snagged the best actor award for his portrayal of Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody. At that time, the royal duo had just welcomed their third child, Prince Louis, and Rami seemed to surprise Kate with his rather personal enquiry. On the talk show, he recounted: "The funniest thing about that was, I said, 'If you ever need a day off, some time off, I'm back-up for you.'" He continued, revealing Kate's reaction: "She's like, 'What do you mean?' I go, 'I can babysit, you guys go out, have a good time.'" And he explained how he then brought up Prince Louis' birth, asking Kate: "'You just had a baby, right?' I think she was taken aback." But Rami then revealed what Kate did to deflect the question, by turning the conversation back to him and asking how he was instead. He revealed: "She said, 'How are you doing?'" [I'm like,] 'No, how are you?' And in the most regal, elegant way, she gave me a look. But you can tell. Imagine, you're dressed to the nines, have to talk to all these actors." Describing the royals' meticulous care during their interactions, Rami observed: "They're so careful. But it was so cool. I think I caught her off guard for a second. And, you know, had that look of – in the most elegant, professional, royal way – 'Yes, it's a lot, having a kid.'" It seems the Prince and Princess of Wales appreciated his frank approach, as Prince William later extended an invitation to him to co-host the previous Earthshot Prize Awards ceremony in Boston. Rami isn't alone in admiring The Princess of Wales – actress Reese Witherspoon also lauded the royal's grace and professionalism in her personal memoir, Whiskey in a Teacup. Recalling the day she met Kate, Reese explained: "I was up at 4am doing my hair. That's early, even for me. I was up, dressed and waiting by the door by 7am. Jim took pictures of me in the car. You can see rays of happiness shooting out of my face. I love Kate Middleton that much. "And she did not disappoint! She was just lovely and warm, elegant and composed. Is Keir Starmer ‘far right' now?
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer's new 'far right' mission to lock up asylum seekers in distant countries yesterday suffered an embarrassing setback on live television. The former human rights supremo – who cancelled the Tory Rwanda scheme on day one in office – was in Tirana, less than one year later, to discuss setting up a similar scheme in Albania. Or so the media were led to believe in press briefings beforehand: that it would be a main item on the agenda at his bilateral meeting with Albania's socialist Prime Minister Edi Rami. But at their joint press conference, Rami soon put the kybosh on the idea by announcing most undiplomatically that such a deal would never happen. In evident discomfort, Sir Keir did not respond to what Rami had said but spoke instead of talks he is having 'with a number of countries' about similar schemes.

Camtek Ltd (CAMT) Q1 2025 Earnings Call Highlights: Record Revenues and Strategic Product ...
Release Date: May 13, 2025 For the complete transcript of the earnings call, please refer to the full earnings call transcript. Camtek Ltd (NASDAQ:CAMT) reported record Q1 2025 revenues of $119 million, marking a year-over-year increase of over 20%. The company achieved a significant improvement in gross margin, which rose to over 52%, contributing to a record operating income of over $37 million. Camtek Ltd (NASDAQ:CAMT) has a diverse customer base, selling systems to over 35 different customers in the quarter, highlighting the robustness of its business model. The company successfully launched two new models, the Eagle G5 and the Hawk, which have been well received by customers and are expected to account for a significant portion of revenue this year. Camtek Ltd (NASDAQ:CAMT) maintains a strong competitive position in the advanced packaging market, particularly in high-performance computing, supporting AI applications. Geopolitical issues and tariff policies are raising concerns about their potential negative impact on the global economy and demand for electronic components. Despite strong performance, there is uncertainty in the market environment, which could affect future visibility and order dynamics. Financial income for the quarter decreased due to exchange rate differences versus the US dollar. Operating expenses increased to $24.4 million from $20.2 million in the first quarter of last year, partially offsetting the increase in gross profit. The company faces competition from larger players like KLA in the sub-micron defect detection and 3D metrology markets. Warning! GuruFocus has detected 2 Warning Signs with CAMT. Q: Your competitor KLA is entering the sub-micron defect detection market, particularly in HPC applications. Are you concerned about larger competitors like KLA entering your market? A: Rami, Camtek's CEO, responded that Camtek has engaged with KLA multiple times and has demonstrated competitive systems. Camtek's mid-sized company status allows it to meet market demands quickly, and their latest products, the Hawk and Eagle G5, offer competitive advantages. Camtek's scale and flexibility are key reasons customers choose them over larger competitors. Q: With the introduction of HBM4, how do you position your products, Eagle G5 and Hawk, given their different ASP and throughput? Will customers buy new tools or upgrade existing ones? A: Rami explained that customers typically buy new equipment rather than upgrading existing ones. The Hawk offers advantages in performance and footprint, while the Eagle, with its large install base, remains attractive. Camtek's multiple product offerings position them well against competitors. Q: What is the outlook for HPC revenue for the full year, given it accounted for 45-50% of Q1 revenue? A: Rami stated that while it's hard to predict exact figures, HPC is expected to remain a strong segment. The percentage may vary quarterly, but overall, HPC continues to be a growth driver. Q: With a healthy backlog for Q3, how do you view growth into the back half of the year, and what visibility do you have from customers? A: Rami mentioned that Camtek has a solid business outlook for Q3, supported by a strong backlog and pipeline. However, predicting beyond Q3 is challenging, and more information will be available in the coming months. Q: Can you provide an update on your new products and any changes in expectations since three months ago? A: Rami noted that the new products are performing well, meeting or exceeding specifications. Camtek has received more orders, and both the G5 and Hawk are expected to generate significant revenue this year, reflecting customer confidence in their products.
