Gemma Collins is getting married on the advice of her astrologer
Gemma Collins is getting married next year on the advice of her astrologer. The 44-year-old reality star has been engaged to Rami Hawash for four years and will finally walk down the aisle in 2016 after looking for signs in the stars. She told the Mirror: "Absolutely it will be 2026. I spoke to my astrologer and that is the year to get married." However, Gemma admitted she has done very little to plan her wedding, which won't be a low-key affair, and hasn't even settled on a location as yet. Discussing wedding planning, she said: "It's going really well but, if I'm honest, I haven't actually done anything about it yet because I've had just the craziest of times recently. But I'm sure Jedward are gonna get up and sing. I've not decided where it's gonna be. "I mean, after Jeff Bezos' wedding, I've sure as hell got to try and top that one, haven't I? I had my friend DJ Fat Tony's wedding this year and that was just so beautiful, it was just so right. "They obviously put a lot of planning into it, but their day was beautiful. I am very last minute so, knowing me, I'll probably decide two weeks before." But Gemma does know she would like a "mythical" theme and to potentially exchange vows in a woodland. She said: 'I'd like it very mythical, actually. I'd like fairies. I'm obsessed with Maleficent, you know the movie? "So I'd like a woodland setting, I think. Very like boho but magical." The Only Way is Essex star admitted her summer hasn't been as glamorous as people may expect because she's been busy looking after Rami's seven-year-old son Tristan. She said: "I've been a busy stepmum because, obviously, I've got Tristan now. "I don't share him too much on socials, because I respect his privacy but we've had him, so that's been lovely. "We've been just doing normal, kiddy-friendly things. I spent more time in Jump Street [children's trampoline park] than I've had hot dinners. "I've been on the PlayStation – you name it, I've been doing it: parks, doggy walks. "I wish I could say to you, I'm sat in Mykonos drinking a piña colada, but I'm not. I have been busy doing stepmother duties but I wouldn't have it any other way. I've loved it."

Gemma Collins makes sweet confession about being a stepmum to her fiancé Rami Hawash's son Tristan, seven, after revealing wedding details
Gemma Collins has made a sweet confession about being a stepmum to her partner Rami Hawash's son Tristan as she spoke candidly in a new interview on Sunday. The former TOWIE star is fully involved in life of her fiancé Rami's, 50, son who is now seven years old. In a new interview this weekend she told how this summer she has been looking after him amid the school holidays and instead of going on lavish trips abroad has been focused on 'being a stepmum'. She told The Mirror: 'I've been busy being a step mum, because obviously I've got Tristan now. We've been just doing family, normal, kiddy, friendly things.' 'I spent more time in [children's trampoline park] Jump Street than I've had hot dinners. I've been on the PlayStation, you name it, I been doing it. 'Parks, doggy walks, I just been being a step mum to be honest. I wish I could say to you, I'm sat in Mykonos drinking a Pina Colada, but I'm not. I have been being stepmother duties but I wouldn't have it any other way. I've loved it.' She said she was fully enjoying the summer holidays and was making the most of it all as 'time is precious'. It comes after Gemma finally confirmed her wedding plans – and has revealed she aims to make it bigger than Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez 's $50 million extravaganza. The TOWIE legend, 44, said she and fiancé Rami will wed in 2026, after being told by her astrologer it was the perfect year to get hitched. The pair got engaged for the second time four years ago, and Gemma admitted the countdown was officially on – even if the planning hasn't quite gone to schedule. She confessed she hadn't booked the venue yet and could even leave the finer details until the last minute, but promised the bash would be magical. Gemma went on to explain that she wanted a woodland theme with a fairytale twist, inspired by her love of Disney's Maleficent and was hoping for a 'mythical and boho' atmosphere. She added that Irish twin singers Jedward could help to bring the fantasy vision to life and she would have a starring role when she ties the knot. Gemma and Jedward have been friends for years with the Irish twins - who first found fame on The X Factor - regularly travelling to Essex to see her. They even spent Christmas and New Year together two years ago. Rami got down on one knee in the Maldives, after whisking Gemma off on a birthday holiday, which she admits took her completely by surprise. He planned a romantic sushi dinner before telling her to look out the window, where he laid lights on the beach that read: 'Will you marry me?' Rami set up an outdoor seating area and flew out hundreds of roses so petals could cover the sands where they were sitting, with the ring in a shell. Gemma gushed that it was 'beautiful' and admitted she 'had no idea' what was coming and didn't have any makeup on or even a bra, but added: 'I wouldn't change a thing.' Rami popped the question with a huge diamond ring, that The Daily Mail revealed is worth in excess of a staggering £200,000. Gemma has known Rami for over ten years after meeting the businessman back in 2011 and they have been engaged twice before. He had originally proposed by placing the ring in a Christmas pudding in 2013 when they first start dating. However, four weeks later, Gemma had called off the engagement. But the pair then reunited during lockdown, seven years after breaking off their original engagement.
