Muller Rice reveals new flavour and it's a collaboration with a football star that you didn't see coming
MULLER Rice has revealed their first new limited-edition flavour in more than five years, with an iconic footballer. Arsenal football star, Declan Rice, has teamed up with Müller to bring a new flavour of their popular desserts to the nation for the summer. The new limited-edition flavour is Müller Rice Raspberry & White Chocolate, and is now available from Asda. It will be rolled out nationwide from September, available while stocks last. The Müller Rice x Declan Rice collaboration brings a flavour that combines creamy rice with a raspberry and white chocolate layer. The two have been in partnership since 2022 to develop this new flavour. In releasing the dessert, Declan said: "It's great to continue my partnership with Müller Rice by launching my own exclusive White Chocolate & Raspberry flavour. "I have enjoyed the process & can't wait for you all to try it!" The packaging of each pot is specialised too, featuring an image of Declan with his signature to add a personal touch for fans. Müller Strategy & Marketing Director, Talar El Asswad, said: "We're so excited to team up with brand ambassador Declan Rice to bring fans this delicious new Raspberry & White Chocolate flavour, created by Declan himself. "We're always looking for new ways to surprise Müller Rice fans and we can't wait for them to try this new creation!' The RRP of the 170g pot of Müller Rice Raspberry & White Chocolate is 90p. However, retailers are free to set their own prices. It is designed to be an easy-to-grab snack to enjoy on the go. In 2018, Müller released their limited-edition brownie batter flavour. It was a low-fat pudding, that was sold at Sainbury's for 50p, and Asda, Morrisons and Tesco for 68p. The brand two years ago also brought back one of its fan-favourite flavours of yoghurt from the 90s. It was discontinued in 2018, but gained social media pages, posts and petitions to bring it back. The Muller Corner Mississippi Mud Pie Inspired yoghurt, that has a creamy toffee and coffee flavour with an iconic chocolate corner crumble, then returned in 2023.

Dough Doughnuts is giving out free doughnuts this week—here's how to get them
Even with a shortened work week, we could all use a sweet pick-me-up, and our favorite way to get a sugary jolt is, ideally, with a free treat. Conveniently, the dough-punching folks over at Dough Doughnuts—one of the best doughnut shops in New York, known for its fluffy brioche-based doughnuts and fun artisanal flavors—are offering mini versions of their beloved desserts this week and, best of all, they're free. Yes, to celebrate the extended hours at the bakery chain 's Flatiron location (14 W 19th St at Fifth Avenue), Dough will be doling out free mini doughnuts from 7 pm to 8 pm through Thursday, May 29. "We're staying open later—and celebrating with free flavor tasting!" announced the brand. "Come by during our new extended hours and discover your next favorite doughnut." The scaled-down, small-batch rounds—which, knowing Dough, are still far heftier than your usual munchkin—come in varying flavors each day, so you can come back a different day and enjoy an entirely new dough sensation. (Recent Dough flavors include Raspberry White Chocolate, Mango Coconut, and sweet and tangy Hibiscus.) Along with the free mini doughnuts, the Flatiron outpost will also be selling their regular-sized doughnuts as a two-for-one-deal from 7pm to 8pm through May 29. Consider it an extra-sweet happy hour! The new hours of operation at Dough Flatiron are 8am to 8pm on Mondays through Fridays, and 9am to 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays, or until the doughnuts are sold out. Dough's mini doughnut giveaway nicely ushers sweet tooths into June, during which you can celebrate National Doughnut Day next Friday, June 6. As has become annual tradition, big-name doughnut chains like Krispy Kreme, Dunkin' Donuts and Tim Hortons will offer free doughnuts or discounted treats; beloved local shops like Doughnut Plant are also expected to participate.
