WATCH: Browns' 'Alpha Dawg' helmet reveal on Lake Erie waterfront was a disaster
A Cleveland cameraman fell into Lake Erie during the Browns 'Alpha Dawg' Helmet reveal
The Cleveland Browns revealed their new look on Wednesday, just in time for the start of training camp.
The Ravens AFC North rivals unveiled a new "Alpha Dawg" look featuring the all-brown helmet to pair with an all-brown jersey combination during the 2025 season. The "Alpha Dawg" look will be worn during three home games this season: Sept. 21 versus the Green Bay Packers, Oct. 19 versus the Miami Dolphins and Dec. 7 versus the Tennessee Titans.
"'Alpha Dawg' embodies what we set out to be as the Cleveland Browns, the leaders of the pack. We're excited about this new alternate helmet and the ode it pays to the rich history of the color brown as part of our organization, switching it up from our iconic orange helmets," said JW Johnson, Cleveland Browns Executive Vice President and Partner. "We look forward to the team wearing the all-brown helmet and uniform combination for the first time on September 21 at Huntington Bank Field and leaning into the 'Alpha Dawg' mentality throughout the 2025 season."
Prior to the reveal, the Browns had a floatng object that was covered just sitting at Lake Erie near downtown Cleveland.
During the reveal, some poor guy took a fall into the Lake, but continued filming.
The Brown helmet sat on a 20-foot barge with a large, circular object being covered by a Cleveland Browns tarp. And it helped tease the "Alpha Dawg" reveal. News3 in Cleveland capture the replica "Alpha Dawg" helmet on the barge.
