JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc. (RYAM) on Tuesday reported a loss of $363 million in its second quarter. On a per-share basis, the Jacksonville, Florida-based company said it had a loss of $5.44. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 43 cents per share. The maker of cellulose products posted revenue of $340 million in the period. _____

RYAM finalized a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Verso Energy, under which it plans to advance a joint e-SAF (electro Sustainable Aviation Fuel) and CO2 utilization project at its Jesup, Georgia facility. The MoU, which was signed on July 1, 2025, expands on an initial December 2024 agreement, also including feasibility studies for CO2 capture, hydrogen production, and e-fuel development.
