Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan issues prospectus for Nomu IPO

Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Co. issued today, Aug. 11, the prospectus to list 4.2 million shares on the Nomu -Parallel Market. The offered shares represent 17.64% of its pre-IPO capital of SAR 240 million, divided into 24 million shares at SAR 10 per share. The share offering will run for seven days till Sept. 4, 2025. In March, the CMA approved the company's application to list its shares on Nomu.
