‘Housewives' star Sonja Morgan breaks her silence after wild night out in Palm Beach
Is Sonja Morgan OK? TMZ posted alarming pictures of the 'Real Housewives of NYC' star being loaded onto an ambulance in Palm Beach, Thursday night. The reality vet, 61, had been dining at Echo restaurant on Sunrise Avenue when things apparently went south. In footage also sent to the gossip site, Morgan, who moved to the area last year, is seen talking to police officers who had responded to the scene. After the pics of her went viral, Morgan released a statement to People. 'An elderly patron at the restaurant I was dining at appeared to be in distress, and I called for medical assistance,' the TV personality told the mag. 'While assisting [her] during the commotion, I sustained some minor injuries and, out of an abundance of caution, accompanied the EMTs to be checked out.' While the native New Yorker claims to be just a Good Samaritan, she also managed to get into a little trouble with the cops. Authorities told TMZ that Morgan was ordered to leave the premises and issued 'a written trespass warning.' Under Florida law, had the Bravolebrity reentered the establishment, she could have been arrested. The incident comes on the heels of an embarrassing encounter earlier this month at a different restaurant — NYC hotspot Tucci. Page Six reports that Morgan reportedly demanded to be comped for a $1,000 meal. 'She was absolutely hysterical and refused to pay,' a source claimed to the outlet. 'It was like she was filming a 'Housewives' episode, shouting, 'I'm a celebrity!'' Morgan owned up and eventually paid, telling Page Six 'there was a clear miscommunication,' adding, 'I believed I was dining in exchange for a promotional post. … I made that known to staff.' On Instagram, the fan favorite brushed up off the headlines and adjusted her crown. The latest post sees her looking fantastic and fresh from a beauty salon appointment. The caption: 'That feeling when your hair is done and you remember who you are.'

The 'Real Housewives of NYC' alum made the unexpected announcement on Instagram Thursday that she officially moved to the Magic City. 'Excited to share this with you,' read the 54-year-old's somewhat cryptic caption. 'It's been a concept for a while but personal and private circumstances have made this the healthiest life choice.' Florida will be Frankel's 'primary and permanent residence.' It's unclear where her new apartment is exactly, but the 'Shark Tank' star definitely has an ocean view as evidenced by the stunning scenery behind her in the Insta clip. 'Something has arisen that made this the best and healthiest for myself and my daughter,' said the Bravolebrity, who shares custody of the teen with ex husband Jason Hoppy. Frankel — a self made millionaire thanks to her Skinnygirl brand — will also maintain homes in NYC and the Hamptons. Come summertime, those places will come in handy. The diehard New Yorker's relocation to the Sunshine State isn't as surprising as the casual observer might believe. Though a Queens native, the reality star attended the Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale, graduating in 1988. She also has been visiting the 305 for years, attending ritzy events , shopping at discount stores and stepping out on dates (beau du jour is reportedly businessman Tom Villante). So what's the tea? What exactly has 'arisen?' Page Six reports that the change in zip code is to benefit her daughter who turns 15 next month. 'Bryn is Bethenny's top priority, and the decision to move to Florida was all about supporting her,' a source told the outlet. If you're going to stand up Bethenny Frankel, you're 100 percent going to hear about it on her social media channels. The outspoken 'Real Housewives of NYC' vet did just that Friday night after local influencer Alix Earle didn't show up for a dinner at Carbone. In a pre GRWM (Get Ready With Me) video, Frankel told her followers that she was 'taking the kids out,' meaning the TikToker and her NFL boyfriend Braxton Berrios. The reality star says the UM alum reached out to her initially via IM, and they decided to get together. The 54 year old said she was excited to discuss the 24 year old's alma mater as her teen daughter Bryn has expressed interest in going there. Welp, it was not to be. Hours later, Frankel gives an update: Earle never showed up to the fancy SoBe Italian eatery. In the video, the Skinnygirl founder appears to be in a rideshare car, bopping to the beat of Gnarls Barkley's 'Crazy.' 'POV,' said the text over screen. 'A 20 something influencer named Alix stood you up when you could have stayed home in pajamas... #lostmymind.' In yet another viral update, taking off her makeup, the Bravolebrity explains that while waiting at Carbone, she texted the 'Hot Mess' podcaster to tell her where she was seated. That's when Earle, who apparently felt unwell after recently traveling, called her in a panic, having mixed up the day. Frankel ended up staying and enjoying the meal solo because 'that's what a grown-up does.' The women agreed on a do-over the following evening, when the It Girl showed up with a giant apology bouquet. The two personalities were seen at new hotspot The Joyce on Española Way in Miami Beach. 'Given the venue's exclusivity,' an insider told 'their joint appearance quickly became the talk of the town.' Both Frankel and Earle naturally shared snippets of their evening, and all seemed right with the world yet again. According to a fellow Joyce patron: 'The two were locked in a serious but friendly conversation throughout their almost two hour-dinner. They kept mostly to themselves. The dinner seemed as much like a business meeting as it did a girls' night out.' Be on the lookout for a future collab since Frankel, who graduated from Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale, recently got a place down here. 'Round 2 was worth the wait,' she wrote.
