Ballad, ETSU hosting Recovery Symposium on addiction
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) – An upcoming event is expected to provide people working in fields that deal with addiction with some valuable resources.
A Recovery Symposium next week will bring together experts from across the region to discuss solutions to tackling addiction.
Ballad Health Chief Medical Officer of Behavioral Health Dr. Keith White joined Good Morning Tri-Cities to talk about the expected discussions.
Anyone who works in fields dealing with addiction is invited to attend the free event.
It is happening March 4 from 9 to 5. In-person tickets are sold out, but virtual options are still open.
