The Cougars' top golfer missed last season with an injury and came back better than before. This season, Jones won several events, shot a one-under during the last round of the Regional Tournament, and qualified for State as an individual.
'Chase is a great kid and it was a pleasure to coach him,' KHS golf's Michael Clayborn said. 'He had a good year with several wins and will come back for his senior year even stronger.'
Jones is expected to return as the No. 1 golfer for KHS during his senior season.
