Leading Brands Use Coveo AI to Transform their Ecommerce Product Discovery and Accelerate Revenue Growth

Caleres, FleetPride, and Freedom Furniture Leverage Coveo AI-Search to Personalize Product Discovery and Boost Conversions , May 22, 2025 /CNW/ - Coveo, the leader in AI-Relevance, delivering best-in-class AI-search and generative experiences that maximize business outcomes at every point-of-experience, today announced that leading business-to-consumer and business-to-business brands Caleres, FleetPride, and Freedom Furniture are leveraging its AI-Relevance TM platform to transform online experiences, boost conversions, and unlock new growth opportunities. By delivering relevant, personalized interactions across the entire customer journey, Coveo empowers businesses to delight consumers and drive significant revenue gains. The Coveo 2025 Commerce Relevance report, a survey of 4,000 adults across the US and UK, found that 77% of shoppers research online before buying, even if they buy in-store, and 43% of those surveyed said if they have a goal in mind they head to the search bar. This represents a huge opportunity for companies to win big or lose big as, if search falls short, the report found that 72% of shoppers will leave, with 36% going straight to a competitor. Coveo equips companies with AI-search to enhance engagement through intelligent, tailored experiences that reduce friction and deepen loyalty. "Too often, online experiences are frustrating and unproductive for customers. In today's digital landscape, businesses win or lose based on the precision, speed, and intelligence of their online experience," said Peter Curran, GM of Commerce at Coveo. "Coveo is proud to partner with leading brands who are transforming their digital experiences with AI-search to deliver the relevance and personalization that their customers demand – and who have the impressive business metrics to prove that these efforts drive significant revenue growth." Caleres Steps into the Future of Ecommerce with Advanced Search and Discovery Caleres is one of the most successful shoe retailers you've never heard of. The multi-billion St. Louis-based parent of Famous Footwear, Sam Edelman, Dr-Scholls, Vince and Veronica Beard traces its history to pre-Civil War, navigating more than 140 years of business by staying one step ahead of an ever-changing industry. An early adopter of the web, Caleres witnessed the trends and growth of ecommerce take shape. A few years ago they identified that their search and discovery technology was not optimized to handle a complex catalog of more than 600,000 SKUs organized by color, size, width, and store availability. They were unable to adjust, test, or access data regarding on-site search, product listing pages, and product recommendations. Finally, they relied on thousands of manual rules that were time-consuming and difficult for merchandisers to maintain. For the evolution of their next generation ecommerce experience, they chose Coveo's AI platform to power their search and experience layer. 21% increase in revenue YoY 25% increase in conversion rate FleetPride Accelerates Customer Service and Drives Revenue with Enhanced Digital Presence and Data-Driven Insights In trucking, downtime is a liability costing thousands of dollars a day. Founded in 1999, FleetPride is North America's largest distributor of truck and trailer parts and service in the independent heavy duty aftermarket. FleetPride's 4000 experts across 300+ locations, 85+ service centers, and five distribution centers help customers find the products they need — as quickly as possible. But FleetPride needed to catch up with its digital presence. Its website was failing to serve its customers, who needed an exact part number to order an item online. FleetPride's siloed system of tracking inventory offline and online meant that customers often had limited visibility into stock availability or price. Adding to the problem, FleetPride's website included a sprawling inventory of over one million parts and accessories. With Coveo's artificial intelligence technology solutions and a better understanding of their customers, FleetPride was able to boost customer engagement, deflect customer cases, and create more sales opportunities through customized shopper experiences. Reported results with Coveo over measured period: 7% increase in revenue per visit for sessions 9.6% increase in conversion rate 27% increase in search engagement Freedom Furniture Reimagines Retail with Intelligent Search and Product Discovery Freedom Furniture has long been a trusted name in Australian and New Zealand homes, offering stylish, personalized pieces that cater to every taste and lifestyle. With over 60 stores and more than 40 years of excellence, the company has earned its reputation as a leader in furniture and homewares. Today, Freedom is rewriting the rules of retail with a bold digital transformation. By revamping its ecommerce platform, integrating a dropshipping model, and adopting AI-driven search and product discovery, the company has redefined both its in-store and online shopping experiences. These changes combined with innovative omnichannel strategies, ensure Freedom is delivering a customer-centered experience, offering an endless aisle of possibilities and limitless choice. Reported results with Coveo in the first 30 days: 5.5% uplift in average order value (AOV) 15% increase in customer sessions with search 50% decrease in merchandising effort By providing customers with the right information at the right time, Coveo empowers businesses to create exceptional online experiences that drive customer satisfaction, foster long-term loyalty, and directly impact the bottom line. Yet another Fairfax District business targeted by thieves driving vehicle into storefront

A business in Los Angeles' Fairfax District was hit by thieves who drove a vehicle through the storefront and stole merchandise less than 24 hours after KTLA reported on a string of burglaries employing the same technique in the area. Information from Los Angeles Police Department Officer Madison indicates that units were dispatched to the area of Melrose and Martel avenues around 3:50 a.m. Tuesday on reports of a truck crashing into a building. After appearing to deliberately crash the black 4-door truck into the storefront, two suspects entered and took an unknown amount of merchandise, Madison said. They fled the area on foot before officers arrived at the scene. A burglary report was taken, Officer Madison added. No further details were released. The store targeted on Tuesday morning appears to be Relevance, which sells a 'curated selection of highly desired luxury goods,' its Instagram page states. It had its grand opening a month ago, according to social media. Nancy Fontan contributed to this report. Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc. All rights reserved. 5 Side Hustles That Can Replace Your $50,000 Salary Within A Year

Most people don't realize how quickly they could replace their salary with freelance work. But it's possible. And it's possible this year. With one solid idea, heaps of enthusiasm, and a commitment to keep going when it's tough, you can start a side project that soon becomes your full time gig. It's go time. Each of these ideas can be set up with zero capital, just a laptop and internet connection. You can sign up potential clients by telling your existing network what you're doing and asking them to tell their friends, or you can start messaging people on LinkedIn. It doesn't matter how you do it. What matters is that you start. Everyone wants to be famous for their work. LinkedIn now has over a billion users, but most people don't even post. Be the person who helps others show up. Learn how to grow a personal brand and business on LinkedIn. Understand content psychology, the structure of a winning post, and how to drive engagement and generate leads. It's not that hard. And people want the service. Once you understand how it works, create a monthly package to represent someone on LinkedIn. Charge $1500 a month, get 3 clients, and you've replaced your salary. For each person you could do a daily post, daily engagement, and report on their growth each month. Throw in inbox management and speak to their prospects in their voice for extra value. Each client might take you 60-90 minutes every day and the rest of your time is yours to use as you please. Too much to do and not enough time? You're not alone. Most people have this problem. Automation could solve all their problems but they don't know how to set it up. That's where you come in. Learn how to use automation tools like Zapier, Make, Relevance and Airtable. Meet potential clients, understand their business, then turn their manual processes into ones that run without them being there. Automation is serious business, and the value is clear. You could create a $2500 setup offer and secure two a month to replace your salary. You could run classes and workshops to teach others how to use the skills you just learned. You don't need to be a longtime expert, you just need to be a few steps ahead. Learn, teach, repeat. Test your skills with your own work then show others the way. My VA is more than a VA. She's a fixer. That means she fixes me up with everything I need at any given time. She books appointments, she researches places I go before I get there. She organises trips and schedules my content. Everyone needs a person like this. Could you be someone's fixer? Six clients, each paying you $750 a month, where you're on hand to organise whatever they need. Gym memberships, gifts for their friends, guest lists, online shopping and spreadsheets. Skills required: being responsive, being fast, being resourceful enough to get things done and audacious enough to ask questions and take action. You might just love taking care of someone's world. Everyone is building their personal brand so they are creating more content than ever. Videos are no longer big budget, high production feats that take ages to produce. Content is more disposable. If you can learn video editing software, you can be someone's on demand editor, creating them regular assets to grow their profile online. Nine clients at $500 a month each will replace your salary. Do a good job, and they'll tell their friends. Learn how to use Descript and Final Cut Pro and increase your hard drive capacity. Add 'video editor' to your LinkedIn headline and start messaging entrepreneurs. Get one client then ask for a testimonial and share examples of your work with everyone else you meet. This is totally possible to do full time and it's possible for you within a year. Where would you be if you did everything you ever said you were going to do? You'd be flying high, earning millions, and reading this article from your private yacht. But people don't do everything they say they will do. They go off track, get distracted, and convince themselves they aren't capable of greatness. Become an accountability partner to people who want to stop being held back. People who want to break their limits, hit new milestones, and go beyond their excuses to see what is possible. Charge $250 a month for weekly check-ins and regular cheerleading. Get 17 clients and you've replaced your salary. They could send you physique shots to stick to their weight loss or gym goals. Stripe screenshots to stick to their business actions. Other metrics dashboard for building their career, company or dream life. Whatever they want to do, you help them make it happen. At the same time, you live the self-employed life of your dreams. No one else is going to do this for you. If you want to start a side hustle that becomes your full time gig, you have to take action. Pick an idea and roll with it. Adapt and pivot as you go. You don't have to do this forever. Start signing up clients and buy yourself time and freedom. LinkedIn ghostwriting, automation setups, fixing people's lives, editing their videos, or holding them accountable. The life and business you didn't think was possible is a few conversations away.
