Apple Music celebrates 10 years with 'all-time' playlist – here's how Spotify users can get involved

Apple Music is launching Replay All Time, a special version of the annual Replay experience that allows listeners to see and stream the songs they've played the most since joining the platform, to celebrate its 10th anniversary this year. Subscribers will be able to stream and save this Replay playlist from the Home tab in Apple Music - but that's not all the company is doing. Apple Music Radio will also feature a week of specials and live programming, which already kicked off with 'Don't Be Boring: The Birth of Apple Music Radio with Zane Lowe and Ebro Darden' on June 30. The live broadcast, hosted by Zane and Ebro, revisited a decade of Apple Music with a lineup of artists who have shaped the trajectory of the service and can now be streamed on catch-up via Apple Music. Additionally, Apple Music Radio will unveil the platform's top 500 most-streamed songs from the last 10 years in a special countdown beginning on Tuesday, July 1. This will culminate in Apple Music's top 100 most-streamed songs of all time being published on July 5, when the full 10 Years of Apple Music: Top Songs playlist will be available to stream. Apple is also opening a new studio space in Los Angeles, dedicated to 'artist-driven content, innovation in audio, and deeper fan connection'. Set to open this summer, the new studio aims to support artists at every level by giving them the tools and a platform to create. 'Apple Music Radio has always been a home for storytelling and artistry, serving as a space for bold conversations and surprising moments,' said Rachel Newman, Apple Music's co-head. 'With this new studio, we are furthering our commitment to creating a space for artists to create, connect, and share their vision.' Even if you're not an Apple Music user, Spotify users can access a similar service – albeit through a third-party. While you need to wait until the end of the year for the annual Wrapped, services like can give you your top songs for recent time periods or all-time, depending on your selection. You'll need to sign in with your Spotify account and grant permissions for a 'lifetime' look at your top genres, tracks, and artists, regardless of whether you have a Premium Spotify account or not.

Here's How to See Your Most-Played Songs of All Time on Apple Music

Apple Music is celebrating its 10-year anniversary with a few nostalgic gifts for longtime listeners. On Monday, the music service launched a new Replay: All-Time feature that shows you your most-streamed songs, albums and artists. The new personalized section expands on Apple's annual Replay summaries by tapping into your full listening history since you first subscribed. For me, that was over a year ago when I bought a pair of Beats Studio Pro and received 3 months of Apple Music for free. And, well, I simply stayed. Macy Meyer/CNET If you've had Apple Music longer, you can now scroll back through a decade of music habits to cringe, applaud or simply reminisce on your listening habits. I was reminded of the Arctic Monkeys spree I went on in January, and how I spent the entirety of March manically listening to The 1975's new live album that came out in mid-February. To check it out, head to and sign in with your Apple ID. Alongside your current 2025 Replay, you'll now see a new "Replay: All-Time" option with stats that span your full Apple Music history. When you open the Apple Music app, you'll see a tile at the top of the Home tab that will show your all-time favorite tracks. Seeing my top 10 songs of all time felt like unlocking a musical time capsule. Turns out I'm a lot more predictable than I thought. (Spoiler: a lot of Taylor Swift and Phoebe Bridgers.) The 10-year celebration includes curated editorial content, like decade playlists and highlights from the most-streamed artists worldwide. Apple Music is also launching a new artist studio in Los Angeles this summer. The three-story, 15,000-square-foot space will include a 4,000-square-foot soundstage, dedicated rooms for photography, editing and social media production, plus two radio studios and a mixing suite designed for spatial audio. Apple Music launched June 30, 2015, as Apple's answer to Spotify. Since then, it's grown to over 100 million songs and tens of millions of paid subscribers, integrating deeply with Apple's ecosystem.

Apple Music marks 10 years of streaming with a new all-time Replay list

Apple Music is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of its streaming service by giving users a throwback to their favorite hits over the last decade. 'Replay All Time' — a special version of Apple Music's annual Replay experience — is being launched for subscribers that allows them to view and listen to their most played songs since joining the platform. The personalized Replay All Time playlist will be available from the Apple Music Home tab. If you joined the service back when it first launched on June 30, 2015, then you'll be able to relive how your music tastes have evolved (or not) since the very beginning, all from a single playlist. That's easier and more comprehensive than manually revisiting your yearly Replay playlists, given Apple Music only launched the feature in 2019. It's unclear if this playlist will be permanent or only available for a limited time. If it's the former, then Replay All Time will presumably be continually updated to reflect the listening history of Apple Music subscribers going forward. We have asked Apple to clarify. Apple Music is one of the oldest offerings under Apple's services division, which includes Apple Arcade, Fitness Plus, TV Plus, Podcasts, and Books. These services accounted for $26.6 billion of the company's $95.4 billion revenue last quarter and are a continued focus for Apple as it shifts towards making customers pay for its platforms, and not just its hardware. For a broader throwback, Apple Music Radio will reveal the top 500 most-streamed songs from the last 10 years starting on July 1st. The service will count down 100 songs per day, culminating with the top 100 on July 5th, after which the full '10 Years of Apple Music: Top Songs' playlist will be made available to stream. Other celebrations include a week-long block of specials and live programming that's kicking off today, starting with 'Don't Be Boring: The Birth of Apple Music Radio' between 9AM and 11AM ET. Apple Music is also opening a new studio space for artists in Los Angeles this summer. Apple says the three-story facility measures more than 15,000 square feet, and includes a 4,000-square-foot soundstage, rooms for photography, editing, and social media content, and two radio studios and a mixing room equipped for spatial audio.
