The song is a parody of widely popular Chappell Roan song 'HOT TO GO!' which won Cosmopolitan 2024 song of the year.
But unlike the song which catapulted the American indie singer and songwriter to global stardom, 'HOT FOR MEATH' does not appear to have an accompanying dance.
The chorus references two members of the Meath full forward line Matthew Costello and Jordan Morris' goal scoring prowess.
Wing Forwards Conor Duke and Cathal Hickey also get a chorus shout-out as well as Meath veteran Donal Keogan being declared "still the king."

The parody song did also receive some backlash from both Meath and opposition fans.
One Meath fan commented: "This is one of the worst things I've ever heard in my life and I'm from Navan..."
Opposition fans also had their say as one quipped: "I wanted us to beat Meath but now we have to do it for the greater good, we should honestly probably get a goal headstart for this."
Others compared the song to previous GAA anthems with one saying: "Say what you like about Donegal, but at least Jimmy's Winning Matches is better than this attempt at co-opting Chappell Roan for Meath."
While Ireland AM presenter Daniel Hussey reacted to the song saying: "They have to be stopped!"
