Seventeen among world's top 3 touring artists by revenue: Billboard
Seventeen raked in the third-highest revenue among touring artists in the past six months, according to Billboard's biannual report published on Wednesday in the US. The band grossed $120.9 million, trailing only Coldplay and Shakira in the midyear Boxscore tally of worldwide tours for the period from Oct. 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025. The K-pop boy band held its international tour 'Right Here' from October last year to February this year, spanning 14 cities in Asia and the US. The tour sold approximately 842,000 tickets through 30 shows. On May 26, the 10-year-old act rolled out its fifth studio album, 'Happy Burstday,' sweeping the charts at home and abroad, including Melon's Top 100 and Oricon's Daily Album Ranking. The album sold over 2.26 million copies on the day of its release. Seventeen celebrated the 10-year milestone with an outdoor concert on a bridge over the Han River.

Drake Left A Puzzling Message On Justin Bieber's Instagram — And Fans Have Thoughts
In his recent song 'Nokia,' Drake asked, 'Who's callin' my phone?' And it's safe to say that Justin Bieber isn't currently on the other end. The two artists, who've collaborated on several tracks — such as the 2012 song 'Right Here' and the 2019 'One Dance' on the remix — haven't worked together in some time. But it seems Drake, born Aubrey Drake Graham, is eager to change that. On Sunday, Bieber shared a carousel of images on Instagram, calling for anyone interested in collaborating to send him a direct message. Since DMs are allegedly the new way in which artists communicate, a host of notable celebrities responded including rapper Big Sean and singer Kehlani. But one response in particular caught people's attention: Drake. Presuming patience isn't a virtue for the Canadian rapper, he responded with the comment: 'I DM'd no reply.' Social media users quickly took notice, and reactions were mixed. In a screenshot of the comment, posted on X, formerly Twitter, users weighed in on the possibility of a collaboration. One user wrote, 'Oh we boutta get a summer hit,' while another responded, 'I need this so bad.' Not everyone was on board with Drake making Bieber's hotline bling, with one user stating, 'Weird ass behavior by Aubrey ngl.' 'Bro loves to embarrass himself for a living,' wrote another on X. But it seems the artist, affectionately known as Drizzy, has stepped out of 'Marvin's Room' and into the world of cryptic Instagram posts. On March 10, the rapper posted an obscure message on Instagram describing his next chapter in his career. 'U know I grew up non confrontational and always treated this game as a sport where my pen won gold, but my these days the podium has been hard for all of us to ignore,' he wrote. 'I understand that this next chapter may leave you feeling uneasy, but I hope you see my honesty as clarity not charity that answers some questions especially about the unanswered texts you've been sending me.'

Drake And Justin Bieber Shared An Awkward Interaction On Instagram, And I Need To Know The Full Story Behind This
As you may have noticed, Justin Bieber has been pretty active on Instagram recently, and in one of his recent posts, he hinted at the possibility of new music by issuing a call-out to potential collaborators. 'Dm me if u wanna make music together,' wrote the 31-year-old singer on Sunday, alongside a batch of nondescript images that, if you look closely enough, kind of appear to be blurry selfies. Justin hasn't dropped a new album since Justice in 2021, so the comments section quickly filled with excited chatter — and among the commenters were a few famous names, like Jaden Smith and Kehlani. However, the comment that got the most people talking was from Drake, who appeared to call Justin out for allegedly ignoring his private messages. 'I DM'd but no reply,' the rapper wrote, garnering thousands of likes and replies. Despite having been active on Instagram since it was posted, Justin has yet to acknowledge the comment. But, if it makes you feel any better, Drake, he's never replied to my DMs either. As any OG Belieber will know, the two Canadians go way back. In 2010, Drake made a cameo in the music video for Justin's hit single, ' Baby,' and two years later, they collaborated on a track called 'Right Here' for Justin's (iconic) Believe album in 2012. Since then, the pair has not released any new songs together but have seemingly remained on good terms. Notably, Justin memorably starred in the 2020 music video for Drake and DJ Khaled 's song ' Popstar.' With all that being said, it's not exactly clear what this interaction means for these two. Although, it does suggest that Justin is actively working on new music — and I'm certainly not going to complain about that.

DRAKE EXPOSES JUSTIN BIEBER FOR GHOSTING HIS DM: 'I DM'd BUT NO REPLY'
In a surprising and hilarious twist that has the internet buzzing, Drake has publicly called out fellow Canadian superstar Justin Bieber for not replying to his direct message on Instagram. The unexpected moment came after Bieber posted a now-viral call to action, inviting artists to hit him up via DM for potential music collaborations. Drake didn't waste time. He slid into Bieber's inbox, only to be met with radio silence. The kicker? Drake exposed the ghosting in the most Drake way possible by posting a screenshot of his unanswered DM with the caption: 'I DM'd but no reply.' Fans are calling it the ultimate soft-yet-savage move. Earlier this week, Justin Bieber took to Instagram with what seemed like a heartfelt and open message: an invitation for artists to reach out if they were interested in working on new music. The post, which read more like a creative open-door policy, quickly gained attention across the industry. The last thing anyone expected? That one of the biggest artists in the world, Drake, would respond, get left on read, and then put Bieber on blast for it. The moment was immortalized in a now-trending Instagram post on Drake's profile. The tone was playful, but fans and critics alike were quick to ask: Is this just banter, or is there tension bubbling between the two icons? Drake and Justin Bieber's friendship isn't new. In fact, it dates back over a decade. Scooter Braun, Bieber's longtime manager, even said in 2013: 'Drake is like a big brother to Justin.' Their musical paths have crossed before: 2012: The two collaborated on 'Right Here' from Bieber's Believe album.2013: Drake reportedly worked behind the scenes on Bieber's Journals project.2020: Bieber starred in the music video for DJ Khaled and Drake's track Popstar, portraying Drake himself in a wild cameo-filled video. The relationship has always seemed close. Drake even gifted Bieber an OVO chain, symbolizing the Toronto-based brand and the bond between them. So why would Bieber ghost his 'big brother'? Social media blew up following Drake's post. Thousands of fans flooded both stars' comment sections with shock, confusion, and memes. One fan wrote, 'You mean to tell me Bieber ignored DRAKE?!' Another joked, 'Imagine ghosting Drake and he exposes you in front of the whole internet.' Even celebrities weighed in, with many calling the interaction both hilarious and awkward. The online buzz has sparked renewed interest in a potential collab, but now it comes with a twist: Will Bieber respond, or will he double down and stay silent? Despite the playful callout, many believe this is just a light-hearted moment between two longtime friends. Industry insiders suggest this could be a strategic tease, designed to hype up a possible joint project. After all, Drake has a history of using humor and social media to build momentum before dropping new music. Could this be the start of a surprise track? A full-length EP? A music video featuring both stars? Or is Drake genuinely feeling snubbed? In the world of celebrity and social media, it's often hard to tell what's real and what's calculated for buzz. But one thing's certain: Drake publicly airing his 'left on read' moment has captivated fans and reignited interest in his dynamic with Justin Bieber. Whether this leads to a collaboration or just another meme-worthy moment is yet to be seen. But one thing's for sure: you don't ignore Champagne Papi without consequences. Stay tuned. The next move is Justin's. K-pop powerhouse's 'Right Here' world tour will hit silver screens Wednesday Multiplex chain CGV announced Tuesday it will bring Seventeen's "Right Here" world tour to Korean theaters starting Wednesday. The film captures the group's performances at Goyang Stadium in Gyeonggi Province that kicked off their fourth world tour in October. The global trek ultimately included 30 gigs across 14 cities in Asia and North America before wrapping up in Bangkok in February, drawing over 1 million fans in total. While UK-based Trafalgar Releasing has teamed up with CJ 4DPLEX for the film's global rollout, CGV, CJ 4DPLEX's parent company, will exclusively oversee the Korean theatrical release. CGV plans to screen the film in various premium formats including IMAX, 4DX, and ScreenX. The 4DX screenings promise motion effects perfectly synced to the group's choreography, alongside wind and snow effects that mirror the confetti and pyrotechnics from the live concerts. "The film captures Seventeen's signature energy and precision choreography down to the smallest detail," said CGV Icecon business team leader Kim Jin-ho. "We're excited for fans to experience the raw excitement of the concert and create lasting memories in our theaters." Since their 2015 debut, Seventeen has cemented its status as one of K-pop's most influential acts. The 13-member boy band placed two albums at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, topped the Billboard Artist 100, and earned the title for the best-selling album worldwide in 2023 with their 10th mini album "FML," which sold more than 6.4 million copies according to the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry. Their global profile soared in 2024 as they became the first K-pop group to grace the Glastonbury Festival stage and headline Lollapalooza Berlin, while also accepting their appointment as UNESCO's Goodwill Ambassador for Youth. Fans catching the film in Korea can snag one of 11 different A3-sized photo posters available to ticket holders on a first-come basis. A dedicated photo zone showcasing the group's unit stage costumes will also be featured at CGV Yongsan until April 24.
