Teenage pedestrian dies in B6265 Ripley Bank crash near Pateley Bridge
A 19-year-old man has died after being hit by a vehicle on a country road in North Yorkshire. Officers said the collision happened on the B6265 at Ripley Bank, between Glasshouses and Pateley Bridge, at some point between 01:44 and 03:10 BST on man, who was found dead at the scene, is believed to been walking from Pateley Bridge to nearby Glasshouses when he was struck, North Yorkshire Police who was driving in the area at that time is asked to contact police.
