Taking place on May 6th, the event will welcome 41 registered participants, including guests from IBCCES, Global Village, Dubai College of Tourism, Expo City, and other organisations that share the same vision for inclusion and neurodiversity. With the help of Dream League, Rixy Kids Carnival will introduce tailored games and engaging activities to ensure all children feel included and celebrated in a thoughtfully designed environment that supports diverse sensory needs. As part of this exciting event, Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites will once again collaborate with IBCCES (the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards), this time to welcome children from its programme to enjoy a one-of-a-kind play experience. For over two decades, the organisation has trained professionals across education, healthcare, corporate, and hospitality sectors to better support individuals with cognitive differences. Their evidence-based programmes are developed in collaboration with experts, industry leaders, and neurodivergent individuals to ensure meaningful impact.
