PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) — All Elite Wrestling is returning to the Peoria Civic Center on April 2, and 'The Protostar' Kyle Fletcher joined us live in the studio to tell us more!
Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Kyle Fletcher has become one of the fastest rising young stars in all of AEW. At just 26, he has been in the ring with some of the industry's biggest stars, like Will Ospreay.
In the interview, Kyle talked about his journey to stardom, his personal life with his girlfriend and fellow wrestler Skye Blue, and the future of his career. When asked about what could be next for him, he said, 'Maybe it's time to look at [getting] championship gold.'
AEW launched in 2019 as the first mainstream competitor in professional wrestling in nearly 25 years. The company made its Peoria debut at the Peoria Civic Center last year on April 20 with some big names in the ring, like Adam Copeland and Will Ospreay.
