TORONTO – The Toronto Blue Jays have recalled outfielder Alan Roden from Triple-A Buffalo, with outfielder Anthony Santander being placed on the 10-day injured list. Roden will also be active for Friday night's game against the Athletics, the Blue Jays announced. WASHINGTON, Utah () — A fatal crash involving a semi-truck and a pedestrian on I-15 has forced the interstate to close early Friday morning, May 23. Lt. Cameron Roden with Utah Highway Patrol said the incident happened in the southbound lanes of I-15 near mile marker 12. Details as of 8:30 a.m. are extremely limited, however, Lt. Roden confirmed with that the victim was a woman but did not release any further details about her identity. Roden said there were no other vehicles in the area, and it is currently unknown why the victim was on the highway. First responders have closed southbound I-15 at exit 12 to Main Street. There is currently no estimate for when the interstate will reopen. Drivers are advised to expect heavy delays in the area and are encouraged to use an alternate route, if possible. UDOT encouraged drivers to use the exit to use an alternate route. The Downtown Edinboro Art & Music Festival wrapped up Sunday night as attendees caught a final show before its return next year. Despite the cold, rainy weather, dozens of people showed up at Goodell Gardens on Route 6 for the final day of the festival. Young artists showcase their masterpieces at 'What Art You' gallery Attendees were invited to grab a snack from one of several food trucks, dance with some friends to live music or shop from the many vendors set up around the venue. One vendor said the weekend has been busy with shoppers, and the festival has been a good way to showcase his photography. Lake Erie Ale Trail hosts 7th annual Beer Coaster fundraising event 'Oh, I love it, you end up getting into a lot of long conversations with people you haven't seen in a while, but that's cool. It's kind of a reunion of sorts. A lot of family members of mine came in, so that was cool, but in general, watching the music and seeing the art and kind of like kicking off spring, it's a great, great weekend,' said John Roden, a vendor. WILLARD, Utah (ABC4) — New details have been released regarding Monday's meat truck crash on I-15. Two semis were heading southbound on I-15, according to Lt. Roden, UHP. The semi that rolled was in the right lane while another semi with a flatbed was in the center lane. The semi in the right lane reportedly drifted left and crashed into the trailer of the flatbed semi, before overcorrecting and rolling on the right shoulder. 'Very minor injuries' resulted from the crash, according to Roden. The rollover semi does have a punctured diesel tank. The Health Department is on scene as the semi is loaded with 35,000 pounds of frozen meat. No further information is available at this time. WILLARD, Utah (ABC4) — A semi-truck hauling meat has rolled in Willard, Utah, causing a fuel spill on the road, according to Utah Highway Patrol. Multiple vehicles were reportedly involved in the crash. A semi-truck hauling meat rolled onto its right side on I-15 Northbound on Monday, May 12, according to Lt. Cameron Roden, UHP. According to reports of others at the scene, there were multiple vehicles involved in the crash. The truck caused a fuel spill on the road, Roden said.
