The mammoth meal is served on a huge silver platter and consists of a selection of curries, pakoras, breads and dips.
And award-winning chef Shabu Natarajan and his business partner Altaf Hossain reckon it could rival the much-loved Sunday roast.
Altaf said: 'Glasgow is famous for its food so to celebrate that, Kinara is offering an exciting brand new dish created by our head chef.'
'We are the first to offer the biggest Mega Thali on one table and it's already proving popular with our customers old and new.
"Our award-winning chef Shabu Natarajan has selected 44 different dishes from all parts of India, from south, from north, from the Central belt, and further afield to bring a new culinary experience to Glasgow diners."
Included in the delicious dish are spiced onions, vegetable pakora, butter chicken and lamb Rogan Josh - to name a few.
The thali is designed for 4-6 people and is priced at just £99.
And Altaf reckons there's something for everyone on 'Scotland's largest thali'.
He added: "We have a Nilgiri Lamb Korma, for example, which is a very unique dish in our restaurant.
"The recipe is from South India, and it's balanced with the spices and fresh herbs, like coriander, mint and green chillies.

And Scottish Sun man JORDAN TENNANT popped into the city centre spot to try for himself.
I WAS full of confidence when I popped into Glasgow's Kinara and said 'I'll polish this off no bother'.
However my eyes were bigger than my belly as I battled the meat sweats after about a dozen dishes.

Award-winning chef Shabu Natarajan with the mouthwatering dish
I love Indian grub and have never experienced anything quite like this before - it was breathtaking.
I'm not a lover of vegetarian dishes but the highlight here was the Posto Aloo – Bengali-style potatoes cooked with poppy seeds.
They were incredibly rich and moreish and will definitely be getting added to my next Indian order.
The thali was pure theatre - they say you eat with your eyes and this massive meal was a stunning sight.
This is the perfect way to end your weekend before heading back to work on Monday - grab a few pals and enjoy a stunning Sunday scran.
And don't forget to wash it down with one of their ice-cold beers or boozy cocktails.
Hungry and adventurous diners can take on Kinara's colossal food challenge - and eat it for FREE if they manage to finish it within half an hour.
