Ronald Hochstein buys as Fireweed Metals hits new highs
Fireweed Metals Corp. (FWZ-X) is emerging as a strategically important Canadian junior miner. The stock set an all-time high of $2.37 on June 5. Fireweed's Macpass District covers 985 square kilometres and straddles the Yukon-Northwest Territories boundary. It includes the Macpass zinc-lead-silver project that includes by-product products of gallium-germanium and the Mactung tungsten project. Fireweed made our screens as director Ronald Hochstein bought 105,500 shares in the public market at $2.30 on June 18. He now holds 395,355 shares. Mr. Hochstein is also CEO of Lundin Gold (LUG-T).
