Restaurant Roundup: "Viral" mac and cheese coming to Mall of America
TikTok-famous mac-and-cheese restaurant Roni's Mac Bar is coming to the Mall of America this fall, per a release.
The fast-casual spot, which has more than a million social media followers, offers macaroni and grilled cheese with "countless" customizations. It will be the franchise's first location in Minnesota.
🥪 Albi Kitchen is now open on Nicollet Avenue in Loring Park, per a release. The cafe offers a variety of sambusas, sandwiches and desserts, plus unique "refreshers" in flavors like vimto açaí and manju.
🍔 Drive-in fast-food chain Sonic will open its first Minneapolis location at the University of Minnesota campus this October, Bring Me the News reports.
