SUNGAI PETANI: Driven by longing, Rosidah Ibrahim summoned the strength to embark on a journey of hundreds of kilometres to the cemetery in Sungai Petani, where she visited the grave of her eldest son, the late Muhammad Fazrin Abdul Wahid, who passed away on Oct 27 last year." It also prompted a heartfelt response from the late Muhammad Fazrin's wife, Nurul Nabilah Rizal, 32, who confirmed that the woman in the video was her mother-in-law, who had travelled from Terengganu to visit her beloved son's grave. According to Harian Metro, Nurul Nabilah explained that her mother-in-law regularly visits her husband's resting place at the Raudhatul Solihin Muslim Cemetery, where he was laid to rest after passing away from pneumonia. Nurul Nabilah added that whenever her mother-in-law visits Kedah, she stays at her home—something that has nurtured a deep bond between them. "As a daughter-in-law, I felt sad and moved when I saw the video because I know how much my mother-in-law loved my husband. "From that, I could see the sacrifice of a mother who never stops, even though her child is no longer here. "I understand because my mother-in-law was indeed very close to her son, and my husband was the family's hope as the eldest of eight siblings. "Besides, my late husband was a good son, always helpful and never raised his voice," she said when contacted by Harian Metro. Nurul Nabilah shared that although she and her family have come to terms with her husband's passing, the memories they created together remain vivid. She added that she is committed to maintaining strong ties with her in-laws for as long as she lives. "I've read the comments from netizens and I'm thankful that many prayed for us and left positive remarks. "I was truly blessed to have a good husband and a kind in-law family. I hope those who watched the video will pray for my mother-in-law to remain in good health. "To my mother-in-law, thank you for always visiting my husband's grave and for treating me like your own daughter all this while," said Nurul Nabilah, who is now raising their six-year-old son, Muhammad Ali Al-Uthman Muhammad Fazrin.
