Helen Flanagan teases return to Coronation Street as she insists ITV need her - after revealing she plans to keep stripping off into her sixties

Helen Flanagan has teased a return to Coronation Street, confidently claiming the show 'needs' her. The TV personality, 34, starred as Rosie Webster on the iconic British soap for 18 years after making her debut aged just nine in 2000. She eventually left the show in 2018 and has not appeared in any other soaps since, with Helen 'staying loyal' to the show which catapulted her to stardom. But seven years after her exit, the stunner has teased a possible return to Coronation Street in a new interview. The mother-of-three told The Sun: 'I can't say too much, but it could be possible that I'd go back. 'I get on with everyone there, there's nothing personal going. 'It changed my life so much and my loyalty is with the, I feel like Rosie's a part of me. They do need me. They do need Rosie.' Since her exit, Helen has arguably become more synonymous with her sizzling lingerie shoots than for her acting career. And the model has no plans to stop anytime soon as she admitted that she has been inspired by older stars such as Amanda Holden and Elizabeth Hurley. Amanda and Elizabeth, who are both in their fifties, regularly stun fans with gorgeous bikini snaps and Helen gushed how she loves to see strong beautiful women no longer in their twenties 'owning it'. Helen revealed she 'loves' lingerie modelling and 'hopes' to continue stripping off into her sixties. The mother-of-three encouraged other women to show off their bodies no matter their age, noting how she loves empowering other women and supporting them. While she regularly garners plenty of attention and admiration for her jaw-dropping lingerie snaps, Helen has ruled out turning to OnlyFans, noting it's 'not something for me'. She told how she's a 'grown woman' with 'catholic parents', adding that there are 'other things attached' to the subscription site other than just lingerie modelling. Helen even joked that she wouldn't even go down the route of feet modelling like Lily Allen, quipping that she has 'fat feet'. During her interview, Helen also opened up about any cosmetic procedures she's had on her face and reveals it's not as much as people may have thought. She noted that she's had nothing but the 'teeniest little bit of filler' on her top lip, remarking how her pout is 'naturally quite full' already. The star has been open about other work on her body in the past, with Helen showcasing the results of her boob job back in 2023. It comes after Helen put her 'forever home' on the market after seemingly losing most of her multi-million pound fortune. And it looks as though the actress will have to wave goodbye to her incredible designer-filled wardrobe filled with glamorous accessories from the likes of Chanel and YSL. She admitted she was having to sell her home after she was left 'broke' following her split from her ex fiancé Scott Sinclair and claimed that she barely had enough money to pay a £10 cab fare to get her son Charlie, three, to nursery. And a few days ago, the six-bedroom detached property, situated in a village on the outskirts of Bolton, hit the market. The three-floored property is spread over 5,000 square feet and is an 'exceptional and beautifully presented detached family resident'. However while Helen has recently fallen on hard times, one of the bedroom's living room is full of designer handbags - including Chanel and YSL - trendy clothes and shoes, 'which really gives it the wow factor', according to the listing. If it sells for anywhere near asking price, the former Coronation Street star will gain a substantial profit on the £840,000 paid for it in June 2021, according to land registry docs. The mystery is who will keep the profit, as land registry docs seen by the Daily Mail in January reveal that its registered with her ex-partner, footballer Scott. Judging from the estate agent's photos, it appears Helen is still living there with her three children as their bedrooms are full of their belongings. In the living room can be seen, a grand piano and there are also six bathrooms as well as a bespoke kitchen and breakfast bar with underfloor heating throughout. Two of the bedrooms also have their own en-suite bathrooms and living rooms.

Helen Flanagan reveals age she'll STOP stripping & exactly what work she's had done as she lifts lid on Corrie return

IT was the role on Corrie that propelled her to fame as a child before she left many years later to concentrate on motherhood — and now Helen Flanagan is convinced the time is right for her to return as sassy Rosie Webster. The actress has remained loyal to the show over the years, refusing to even consider going to a rival soap, and reckons ITV bosses 'need' her. 6 Helen revealed: 'I can't say too much, but it could be possible that I could go back. 'I get on with everyone there. There's nothing personal going on. 'It changed my life so much and my loyalty is with them. I feel like Rosie's a part of me. 'They do need me. They do need Rosie.' Helen made her debut on the ITV soap as a nine-year-old in 2000. She first left the cobbles in 2012, returning in 2017, before exiting the following year to have her second child. While soap chiefs have officialy no plans to invite her back, she has since become a reality TV favourite, having wowed viewer in a white bikini on I'm A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out Of Here! in 2012, returning to the jungle for the All Stars edition a decade later, and looking for love on Celebs Go Dating last year. 'I think I would always do lingerie modelling' Her appearance on the E4 matchmaking series briefly landed her in hot water when it emerged she broke the rules by secretly being in a relationship from the start. She was allowed to carry on by bringing her construction boss lover Robbie Talbot on to the show with her — and the pair are still together. But Helen admits they struggle to co-parent her children Matilda, nine, Delilah, six, and Charlie, three, from her former relationship with Bristol Rovers footballer Scott Sinclair. Braless Helen Flanagan looks stunning in very daring plunging sheer lace dress for night out with boyfriend Robbie She says: 'Scott is from Bath and I live in North Manchester, so we co-parent five hours away. It is really hard work. 'My kids are really close to his mum and their side of the family and mine, so we've always done it separately. 'But I think it would be better if we could do it together. I'd like to live in the same city so we can actually just do it together. 'But I don't think co-parenting is easy. It's definitely a journey.' In the meantime, Helen has a job lined up over Christmas to distract her from not having her kids around for the festive period. She is also keen to appear on Celebrity Big Brother following this year's successful reboot because she reckons she would fit in as a housemate, describing herself as a 'people person, very social, very northern'. 6 6 But she knows that another reality show could stifle her ambitions to revive her career as an actress. Helen says: 'If you want to focus on your acting, I do think sometimes it can be hard going down the reality TV route to be taken seriously.' Another string to her bow is modelling. Helen, 34, posed topless in the Sun in 2013 then had a boob job in 2023 — and after being trolled in the past for stripping off, she is now inspired by older women who still dare to bare. She reveals: 'I love lingerie modelling. I think I'd always do it. 'I love women like Elizabeth Hurley and Amanda Holden. 'I love seeing really strong, powerful, beautiful, sexy women that aren't in their 20s and just really owning it. 'I would definitely be like that into my sixties. Well, I hope so, anyway. That will always be my vibe.' And she encourages other women to strip off for the camera, no matter their age, if it will make them feel empowered. Helen explains: 'I would never say anything negative about another person I'm all for supporting women, lifting them up, empowering them. I'm very much a girls' girl as well. 'I think it's nice for women to feel empowered and I'm all for women feeling beautiful and feeling sexy. Why not? 'I don't do it for men. I do it for me, so I feel nice.' 6 6 Nevertheless, she draws the line at joining OnlyFans and posting explicit photos and videos like some other famous women. She says: 'I'm a grown woman, but I've got Catholic parents as well. 'I think now with OnlyFans, there are other things attached to it than just lingerie modelling. It's not something for me.' She isn't even tempted to take pics of her tootsies and sell them like Lily Allen does, joking: 'I've got fat feet and fat hands.' Helen is often accused of getting loads of cosmetic work on her face but insists that aside from Botox, she has had very little else done. She reveals: 'I've only had the teeniest little bit of filler on my top lip. But my lips are actually naturally quite full. 'Even if I did have loads of filler in my lips, who cares? 'I would never, ever troll anyone.'

More info It's been a lengthy seven-year hiatus since Helen Flanagan took maternity leave from Coronation Street, and the suspense is mounting among fans eager to see if she'll ever make her way back to the beloved ITV soap. While she hasn't officially resigned, whispers are circulating that Helen might be gearing up for a sensational comeback. The Manchester-born actress, 34, has been notorious as the scheming Rosie Webster on Corrie since 2000, stepping away after nearly two decades to raise her children Matilda, nine, Delilah, six, and three year old Charlie with former partner Scott Sinclair. But it seems the allure of reality fame is waning for Helen, as a close source revealed to The Sun that she's yearning for the stability of a regular gig and has even discussed a potential return to the cobbles with a Coronation Street executive. "She has had enough of reality TV and would like a regular job," the insider confided to The Sun, hinting at Helen's recent talks about a possible comeback. Yet, the source also noted that while Helen may be ready for her return, the timing might not align perfectly with the show's current storylines. "Her character wouldn't currently feed into any plots that are playing out," the insider clarified, reports the Mirror. Last month, Helen openly expressed her desire to rejoin the cast of Coronation Street during an exclusive interview with the Mirror, enthusiastically stating: "I'd absolutely love to go back to Coronation Street, I really, really would." While soap bosses reportedly commented that her character isn't a right fit at this time, Helen Flanagan still pitched us her visions for Rosie Webster's return. "I'd love to see Rosie Webster come back as a single mum, having just left her partner," she opined, adding: "She'd dump her two kids with Sally and I think she would be an iconic barmaid at Rovers Return." (Image: ITV) (Image:for Primark) With some quality time spent away from the spotlight to focus on family, Helen expressed that now is a prime moment for a celebrated comeback to her local roots. "I'm at home in Bolton which means I will be able to work around the kids," the actress confided, noting a shift from her past routine where she would relocate every few years, often resisting the pull towards London. As Helen contemplates a reunion with her on-screen family, she's also candid about coping with personal challenges post-split from Scott - confessing that she's facing severe financial stress. Earlier in the month, Helen disclosed she had to put her eight-bedroom property on the market, a shared investment with her footballer ex, as she could no longer manage its expenses. Her financial woes are compounded as both her and Scott's income appears to have waned, and recent events saw her caught in a dual speeding infraction with her Audi in June 2024. The subsequent January court appearance saw Helen appeal to the magistrate, lamenting that she'd "basically had no money."

Helen Flanagan dealt huge blow after eyeing-up Coronation Street return

Helen Flanagan played Rosie Webster on Coronation Street for 18 years and is ready to return after a sever-year-long maternity break - but execs have one issue It's been almost seven years since Helen Flanagan left Coronation Street to go on maternity leave, and she still hasn't returned after a very long break. While the star didn't flat-out quit the ITV soap, many fans are desperate to know whether she'll ever be back - and the actress herself might also finally be ready to make her grand return. Manchester -born Helen, 34, has played the villainous Rosie Webster on Corrie since 2000, but left after almost two decades to welcome kids Matilda, nine, Delilah Six, and Charlie, three, with her ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair. ‌ She hasn't just been busy as a single mum, however, and has done plenty of modelling and influencing alongside bagging contracts with huge reality TV shows such as I'm a Celebrity and Celebs Go Dating. According to a pal, however, Helen is getting bored of the reality TV world and is feeling the pull towards the cobbles again. ‌ 'She has had enough of reality TV and would like a regular job,' an insider told The Sun, adding that the actress had recently spoken to a Coronation Street boss about returning some time soon. However, the source added that despite Helen being ready, it might not be the right time for the show. 'Her character wouldn't currently feed into any plots that are playing out,' she explained. Helen put her wish to return to Corrie out into the world last month during an exclusive chat with the Mirror last month, gushing: 'I'd absolutely love to go back to Coronation Street, I really, really would.' While the soap exec reportedly said that her character couldn't fit in well at the moment, Helen even told us her own plot ideas for Rosie. 'I'd love to see Rosie Webster come back as a single mum, having just left her partner,' she said, explaining: 'She'd dump her two kids with Sally and I think she would be an iconic barmaid at Rovers Return.' After savouring some years at home with the kids, Helen also shared that now was a better time than ever for her to get back to the old stomping ground after a grand return to her hometown. ‌ "I'm at home in Bolton which means I will be able to work around the kids,' the actress revealed, after previously being used to moving home every three to four years and fighting the urge to move back south to London. As Helen tries to get back to her on-screen home away from home, the actress is also dealing with personal issues after her split from Scott - and has revealed that she's struggling with dire financial circumstances. Earlier this month, Helen shared that she'd been forced to sell the eight-bedroom house she purchased with her footballer ex as she could no longer afford the upkeep. Not only have both her and Scott's salaries seemingly gone down, but cameras clocked her Audi speeding twice in June 2024, leading to a driving ban. Helen pleaded with the magistrate at the ruling in January, saying that she had "basically had no money.'

Last month, Helen told The Sun on Sunday: 'I'd absolutely love to go back to Coronation Street, I really, really would. 'I'd love to see Rosie Webster come back as a single mum, having just left her partner. 'She'd dump her two kids with Sally and I think she would be an iconic barmaid at Rovers Return.'
