Owens & Minor cancels $1.36B Rotech acquisition
Glen Allen-based Owens & Minor, a Fortune 500 health care logistics firm, has canceled its $1.36 billion acquisition of Florida-based Rotech Healthcare Holdings, a home health care company. The two firms mutually agreed to terminate the deal on Tuesday, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Owens & Minor is paying an $80 million termination fee to end the deal.
