Vignesh Shivan unveils new ‘Love Insurance Kompany' poster on Pradeep Ranganathan's birthday, film to release August 1
Director Vignesh Shivan marked actor Pradeep Ranganathan's birthday on Friday by unveiling a new poster for their upcoming film Love Insurance Kompany, with fresh momentum to the promotional campaign ahead of the film's newly announced August 1 release. Taking to Instagram, Shivan extended his wishes to the actor, writing, 'Happy Birthday @pradeep_ranganathan. Wishing you only blockbuster years! God bless you with all the happiness in the world.' The poster, which features Ranganathan sporting a robotic arm and surrounded by a backdrop of futuristic robots, included the phrase 'First Punch on 1.8.25'. Love Insurance Kompany stars Pradeep Ranganathan and Krithi Shetty in lead roles, with S.J. Suryah and Gouri Kishen in supporting parts. Billed as a romantic entertainer, the film is produced by actor Nayanthara under the Rowdy Pictures banner and directed by her husband, Vignesh Shivan. Back in April, Shivan had confirmed that post-production had begun and praised his team for their effort during the filming process. 'Abundance of passion, love, honesty and hard work from each and everyone has built Love Insurance Kompany,' he wrote at the time, adding, 'Without compromising even for one frame, we are proud that we have put in our best efforts to make an original, fresh entertaining movie.' The film boasts a strong technical crew, with cinematography by Ravivarman, music composed by Anirudh Ravichander, and editing by Pradeep E. Ragav. Stunt sequences are choreographed by Peter Hein, further hinting at a genre-crossing narrative with action elements. Love Insurance Kompany is set to hit theatres on August 1

Vignesh Shivan-Pradeep Ranganathan's LIK gets release date
The filming of LIK was wrapped up nearly a month ago. Gouri Kishan, Yogi Babu, and Seeman round out the cast of the film. Plot details of the film are currently under wraps. Nayanthara's Rowdy Pictures and SS Lalit Kumar's 7 Screen Studio are producing LIK , with the latter also presenting the film.

Vignesh Shivan-Pradeep Ranganathan's ‘Love Insurance Kompany' drops release date
Vignesh Shivan's upcoming romantic comedy Love Insurance Kompany has officially locked in its release date. The film will hit theaters on September 18, as announced by the makers Monday via a teaser. This marks Shivan's fifth directorial venture and features Love Today star Pradeep Ranganathan in the lead, alongside Krithi Shetty and SJ Suryah. The film's ensemble cast also includes Gouri Kishan, comedian Yogi Babu, and filmmaker-actor Seeman. Love Insurance Kompany is backed by Nayanthara's Rowdy Pictures in collaboration with SS Lalit Kumar's 7 Screen Studio. Cinematography is handled by Sathyan Sooryan, with editing by Pradeep E Ragav. The script is co-written by Shivan, Ranganathan, and Suryah. Music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, reuniting with Shivan for the fourth time after their successful collaborations on Naanum Rowdy Dhaan, Thaanaa Serndha Koottam, and Paava Kadhaigal. Shivan made his directorial debut in 2012 with Podaa Podi, and has since built a name for himself with comedic character-driven narratives. Love Insurance Kompany is expected to follow suit. The film wrapped production last month and is now moving into full-swing promotion.
