The young royal, who is the first-born child of Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel, Duke of Västergötland, is the second in line to the throne and is expected to be queen one day. 'The Prince and Princess have chosen the following five godparents for Princess Ines: HRH Princess Estelle, Fredrik von der Esch, Claes Kockum, Sandrine Kockum [and] Tiara Larsson,' a palace statement said. Prince Carl Phillip and Princess Sofia are already proud parents to sons Prince Alexander, 9, Prince Gabriel, 7, and Prince Julian, 4, who are fifth, sixth and seventh in line to the Swedish throne, respectively. The Swedish palace released a new portrait of the princess to ring in her 13th birthday in February and she recently joined her family on the Royal Palace balcony for King Carl XVI Gustaf's April 30 birthday. The Swedish royals appeared in full force for the Armed Forces celebration commemorating the King's 79th birthday, in what doubled as baby Princess Ines' public debut! Princess Sofia carried her daughter out on to palace balcony in what marked the infant princess' first public appearance, and cameras captured a sweet moment where all of the family members assembled turned to look at Ines. Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia, who are also known as the Duke and Duchess of Värmland, married in June 2015 and became a family of five when Princess Ines was born this year. Princess Ines' full name is Ines Marie Lilian Silvia, with the name Marie honoring Sofia's mother and the name Silvia a tribute to Carl Philip's mother, the Queen. It's sentimental that the little princess will be christened on June 13, which marks her parents' tenth wedding anniversary.
