Recruiting Rumor Mill: Gigantic June rolls on as visits continue

The busiest month of June is in full swing and there is tons of news coming out every day, especially with another busy weekend in the books. Here's the latest in this Recruiting Rumor Mill from Rivals national recruiting director Adam Gorney. MORE: Four-star RB Favour Akih staying home at Ohio State CLASS OF 2026 RANKINGS: Rivals250 | Team | Position | State CLASS OF 2027 RANKINGS: Rivals250 | Team | Position | State TRANSFER PORTAL: Full coverage | Player ranking | Team ranking | Transfer search | Transfer Tracker RIVALS CAMP SERIES: Rivals Five-Star heading back to Indy | Rivals Five-Star roster | Schedule/info Penn State was a phenomenal visit for the Erie, Pa., native who's now at Carrollton, Ga., but his weekend trip to Texas A&M – long considered the front-runner – might have topped the Nittany Lions. Advertisement The Aggies' coaching staff made it clear to Barney that he's a 'need' in their program and the type of elite cornerback who can make their defense the best in the country. It might be tough to top Texas A&M as his decision gets closer. The 2027 four-star quarterback from Palestine (Texas) Westwood landed an offer from Texas after working out in Austin over the last few days. Being from Texas and landing an offer from the Longhorns is a huge deal to Bryant and he loved the 'great coaching' he got during the workout. Texas surges way up his list with Oregon, Florida State, Michigan, Texas A&M and SMU so far. After camping at Clemson, an offer from the Tigers 'would immediately put them near the top of the list' as Burns loved working with position coach Matt Luke in recent days. Luke told the 2027 four-star offensive tackle from Rabun Gap (Ga.) Nacoochee that before moving forward with an offer he wanted to meet Burns' family and that definitely made a good impression. Advertisement Tennessee is also very high on Burns' list with Florida, Maryland, Texas A&M and Syracuse up there. Working out at Ole Miss was big for Curtis in recent days as he landed an offer from the Rebels and has now set up a visit to be back in Oxford soon. The word is Ole Miss is in Curtis' top five but it wouldn't be surprising if the Rebels are even higher given his limited Power Four offers. Getting to work with position coach Randall Joyner was a huge draw for the Ocean Springs (Miss.) St. Martin standout during his time there. An Auburn visit went well and there's talk that Oregon could move up quickly if he becomes a bigger priority but Alabama is the team to beat and is No. 1 for sure. Advertisement That's the word after the five-star safety from Baltimore (Md.) St. Frances was back in Tuscaloosa this weekend as Edwards now sees why 'Alabama has been great these past years.' Heading into his weekend visit at Florida State, the four-star linebacker from Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy had Florida as his top school. The word is that has now changed with the Seminoles taking the lead in his recruitment and the 'loyalty' he's seen from the coaching staff. It wouldn't be a total shocker if a commitment was close. The three-star defensive back from La Verne (Calif.) Damien has been committed to Syracuse since late November but Utah is surging in his recruitment after he loved his visit in Salt Lake City recently. A midweek visit to Michigan State happened and then Gates will be at BYU this weekend. Advertisement A final decision should come in late July or early August as the Utes are currently the biggest threat to flip him. SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WITH SYRACUSE FANS AT Georgia had been the leader in Goodwin's recruitment but he canceled his visit to Athens (it could be rescheduled during the season) as Oregon and Michigan have emerged as the two new frontrunners in his recruitment. SMU is also in there especially after a great recent visit there. The Ducks and the Wolverines are the two clear front-runners though as summer continues. After backing off his pledge to Mississippi State in recent days, a handful of programs have emerged for the 2027 four-star safety from Douglasville (Ga.) Douglas County. Advertisement South Carolina and Tennessee could end up battling it out for him with North Carolina and Florida State as two others to definitely watch as things pick up again in his recruitment. On June 1, the three-star offensive lineman from Las Vegas (Nev.) Clark committed to Washington but since that time, Harris has landed offers from Georgia, Texas and LSU. Still, though, the word is that Harris found his 'home' at Washington and even with those major SEC offers, he doesn't seem to be second-guessing his pledge. SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WITH WASHINGTON FANS AT Haviland had a great first visit to Clemson and felt the 'family-like culture' there even though he had never been there before as the 2027 four-star tight end from Milton, Ga., loved his trip there recently. Advertisement The hold-up is that Clemson has not offered yet – even during this visit – as Haviland has more than 30 offers with Georgia and many others already involved. Hudson had a phenomenal weekend at a 7-on-7 tournament at Nebraska working with Huskers QB commit Trae Taylor and that connection could be huge as Hudson's recruitment continues. The 2027 No. 1 tight end will keep building that relationship and seeing if that momentum stays with the Huskers is crucial as LSU is going to be tough to beat along with Texas A&M. Florida, USC and Oregon are also high on the list. All this could change, though, since Hudson visited and got offered at Ohio State on Sunday as the Buckeyes join that top group as well and was a top program for him before offering. After camping at Clemson, an offer from the Tigers 'would mean a lot because I know Clemson does not mess around' and an offer would reflect they think he's one of the top players. The 2027 four-star athlete from Charlotte (N.C.) West Charlotte loved working with the coaches and loved the detail-oriented approach to the program. Advertisement An offer from Clemson would be massive as Virginia Tech, Duke, South Carolina, Ohio State and Michigan are standing out most. Texas A&M is 'definitely one of the ones at the top of the list' after a great official visit to College Station this weekend as the Aggies remain one of the favorites. Alabama is still battling right at the top for the five-star edge rusher along with Auburn and others. This could end up being a battle between the Crimson Tide and the Aggies until the end. After a great visit to Oregon last week, the Ducks had emerged as the clear front-runner for the 2027 four-star quarterback from Tacoma (Wash.) Lincoln. But the chatter now is that there has been a change since Kaho absolutely loved every single thing about his weekend visit to Washington as the Huskies have now become the team to beat. Advertisement The UW staff told Kaho he's the main priority and the top target in the 2027 class so that made a major impact to Kaho and his family. The four-star linebacker from Port Arthur (Texas) Memorial has been to Texas A&M numerous times but this was his best trip yet as coach Mike Elko and DC/linebackers coach Jay Bateman made it clear how King would be utilized in the Aggies' defense. This trip made his upcoming July 4 decision even harder as Michigan, Notre Dame and Texas round out his top four. There has been a ton of Notre Dame chatter around this recruitment so the Aggies and the Irish could battle it out until the end. Kreul set off some alarm bells this weekend when showing pictures of his Florida visit on social media and calling it his 'dream school.' Advertisement The four-star edge rusher from Orlando who's now playing at Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy will be in touch with the Florida staff 'a lot moving forward' and he loves the culture of constant development in Gainesville. Oklahoma has been considered the team to beat but if the Gators have a big season then they could surge right to the top. The thinking has been that South Carolina leads for Matthews and that Texas has been making a serious move up in his recruitment but Florida State could now be the team to watch. The Cornelius (N.C.) Hough four-star cornerback had an 'incredible' visit to Tallahassee over the weekend and loves how 'consistent and genuine' the staff has been. From coach Mike Norvell to DC Tony White and position coach Patrick Surtain Sr., the Noles are absolutely in this race again especially if they can keep the momentum in the closing weeks. Miller had a great visit to Clemson in recent days for camp and hit it off with position coach Matt Luke, staffer Carson Cramer and others. He landed an offer from the Tigers and the 2027 four-star offensive lineman from Anna, Texas, recognizes how big of a deal (and how rare that is) for players in his class. Advertisement Clemson definitely made a great impression but the question will remain what kind of momentum it has especially with schools closer to home like Oklahoma and all the Texas programs heavily involved. Parks' recruitment is still in the early stages but Notre Dame is going to be there until the end after being back on campus for the Irish Invasion on Friday and because of family connections to the program. His godfather is Chris Zorich and his cousin is Tony Jones Jr. so the 2027 four-star defensive tackle from Chicago (Ill.) Brother Rice has been coming to games since he was nine years old. Many others will be involved but the Irish will be there until the end and could be tough to beat. Tennessee still might be very tough to beat but Alabama is trying hard and now Michigan is giving the four-star linebacker something to seriously consider. Playing for defensive coordinator Wink Martindale and position coach Brian Jean-Mary is a massive draw for Rouse and now seems even bigger about spending time with them on his official visit. The Vols still could be at the top but Michigan is closing strong. Ole Miss is still at the top of Shumaker's list especially after working out in Oxford this week and getting more time with position coach Randall Joyner. Advertisement The 2027 four-star defensive tackle from Ackerman (Miss.) Choctaw County loved the standard of 'not being average' as Mississippi State is the other team to watch in his recruitment but it feels like the Rebels are way out in front. The 2027 high three-star receiver from Pearland (Texas) Shadow Creek has been committed to Houston since October but a recent offer from Georgia could be a massive threat to the Cougars. Starling loves the program and especially the gritty and tough culture in Athens and after a quick tour this past time, another visit is being planned as Starling is 'definitely thinking about' Georgia in his recruitment. Advertisement SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WITH HOUSTON FANS AT Penn State is 'an insane offer' for the Avon (Conn.) Avon Old Farms offensive tackle to receive in the last few days and it's immediately a 'top school' in his recruitment. Thom believes coach James Franklin really knows what he's doing and while he's not thinking about a snap commitment to the Nittany Lions, they are now definitely the top team with Stanford and Boston College right there. The four-star offensive tackle from New Albany, Miss., decommitted from Mississippi State earlier this month and has since visited Ole Miss and LSU in recent weeks. Advertisement 'Everything' stood out about his weekend visit to LSU and he 'loved every bit of it' as the Tigers have emerged as the new front-runner even though Oxford is less than an hour from his hometown. Wagner 'really likes Notre Dame right now' and isn't sure about other top schools which has to be a great sign for the Irish in his recruitment. The 2027 four-star offensive tackle from St. Joseph (Ill.) Saint Joseph Ogden who's been to Illinois, Iowa, Michigan and a bunch of others has so many great relationships in South Bend and the message from the coaching staff was that he's 'their guy.' The early talk on the star 2027 four-star tight end is that Georgia has an edge in his recruitment but the whispers after his Ohio State visit this weekend is that the Buckeyes have taken the lead for the Libertyville, Ill., standout. Advertisement The feeling now is that Ohio State and Georgia could battle it out until the end but after his trip to Columbus, the Buckeyes are slightly favored. The four-star receiver from Tampa (Fla.) Plant has been committed to Florida State since April and he takes his official visit to Tallahassee next weekend – and then a final decision is going to be made. Williams absolutely loved his weekend trip to Florida, hit it off with coach Billy Napier and especially has a great relationship with position coach Billy Gonzales, who could be a big factor in Williams' final choice. SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WITH FSU FANS AT The prevailing thinking is that the four-star edge rusher from Wadley, Ala., will end up at Auburn but some sources close to him believe this could end up as a battle between Texas A&M and Miami in the end with the Aggies having the edge. Advertisement Alabama has a 'slim' chance so that looks like a long shot with Auburn being right there but don't be surprised if he leaves the state. The word in Wyatt's recruitment is that Tennessee definitely leads especially after his visit to Knoxville this weekend as he and his family love the Vols. But the four-star athlete from Bell Buckle (Tenn.) Webb isn't fully comfortable with his future position as Tennessee wants him as an outside linebacker/edge rusher but Wyatt would prefer to play a more hybrid safety role like Derwin James. Georgia and Vanderbilt are the biggest threats to Tennessee especially if the position stuff becomes more of an issue.

Recruiting Rumor Mill: June kicks off with a bang

Nick Lucero/ The wildly busy month of June visits has kicked off and Rivals national recruiting director Adam Gorney has all the latest he's hearing in this Recruiting Rumor Mill. MORE: Florida surging with top targets after official visit weekend CLASS OF 2026 RANKINGS: Rivals250 | Team | Position | State CLASS OF 2027 RANKINGS: Rivals250 | Team | Position | State TRANSFER PORTAL: Full coverage | Player ranking | Team ranking | Transfer search | Transfer Tracker RIVALS CAMP SERIES: Rivals Five-Star heading back to Indy | Rivals Five-Star roster | Schedule/info Clemson did everything possible to land the five-star linebacker from Loganville (Ga.) Grayson from treating him like a top priority, to showing him the AtkNup packages they would use for him on defense (that's his brand). Advertisement Atkinson felt the message to him was very clear: They want him at Clemson not only because of how he plays but because of the type of person he is, too. Georgia and Ohio State among others are definitely high as well but the Tigers remain right in this. Alabama, Clemson, Texas and USC are among the other favorites but Brooks was back at Georgia over the weekend – he's been there more than a dozen times – and it would now be a shocker if he doesn't end up in Athens. The four-star edge rusher from Bogart (Ga.) North Oconee loved how the players and coaches interacted over the weekend and his comfort level there is just so high. The four-star Mississippi State receiver commit visited Florida State and now a 'tough decision for sure' is coming up in a few weeks. Capehart had a great time in Tallahassee and now the plan is to visit Starkville on June 14 and then reach a final decision with those two leading the way. Advertisement He's been committed to the Bulldogs since mid-November. SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WITH MISSISSIPPI STATE FANS AT Prior to this weekend, it looked like a clear Texas-Texas A&M recruiting battle for the four-star edge rusher from Temple, Texas, but now LSU is definitely in that top group after a phenomenal visit to Baton Rouge. Carlton had an 'amazing' trip to LSU not only from the hospitality and his interactions with the coaching staff but how they'd develop him along the defensive line. This very much feels like a three-team race and we'll see if LSU can keep that momentum. Alabama has been considered the far-and-away front-runner for the No. 1 running back in the class and that might not change but Crowell had an excellent time at Georgia over the weekend and the Bulldogs are moving up. Advertisement How far Georgia goes is undetermined but the coaching staff made it clear that the Jackson, Ala., standout is a priority. He feels like he fits in that offense and loves the attention to detail. This recruitment has now gotten a lot more interesting. After being committed to Mississippi State early in his recruitment, Darby flipped to LSU in November and now Alabama is working for another flip from the four-star receiver out of Bossier City (La.) Airline. Darby felt 'at home' in Tuscaloosa and he loved his interactions with the players there but it's still unclear if he's super serious about a flip as LSU continues to keep his commitment and it would still be a surprise if he flips. Advertisement SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WITH LSU FANS AT Alabama, Georgia and Oregon have emerged as the three front-runners for the five-star safety from Baltimore (Md.) St. Frances and the word is that the Crimson Tide lead in his recruitment. What's interesting is that Oregon is second on the list and if communication picked up from the Ducks they might be able to move even higher. The high four-star running back did not make his official visit to Alabama this weekend – and that might be telling unto itself – as the Crimson Tide remain among his five favorites with Colorado, Texas, Texas A&M and LSU. Advertisement The prevailing thinking for a while now is that Texas leads by a big margin for the Carthage, Texas, standout as Texas A&M and others battle hard. An argument could be made for SMU, Texas A&M or Oklahoma at the top for Evers but LSU is 'extremely high and they know it' following his weekend visit to Baton Rouge. What stood out most to the four-star offensive lineman from Flower Mound, Texas, was how much time and effort LSU spends on education and that was big because he has a GPA higher than 4.0. Auburn, Syracuse, Georgia, Iowa and Miami are others to watch but Florida remains the team to beat especially after his weekend visit to Gainesville and it could be really tough to beat the Gators. Advertisement The Cocoa, Fla., four-star DB not only feels like a priority there but the players already on the team told him how much they love being there and getting developed. Maryland and Penn State have emerged as the two early leaders for the 2027 four-star offensive tackle from Coatesville, Pa., but Tennessee has surged maybe right to the top after his weekend visit to Knoxville. Only time will tell if the Vols can keep the momentum but it was 'one of the best visits' Hiller has had and he hit it off with position coach Glen Elarbee. The four-star cornerback from Jackson (Miss.) Jackson Academy was committed to North Carolina for less than two months but has now reopened his recruitment. The word is that Tulane and Mississippi State have emerged as the new major contenders in his recruitment but Oregon State, Ole Miss, Louisville, Missouri and Tennessee have also been involved. LSU, Texas, Michigan and Texas A&M are the four standouts for Krempin but the Tigers are now the team to beat after his weekend in Baton Rouge. Krempin loves 'everything about this program' and he spent a lot of time with the Bordelon and Weeks Bros. over the weekend. Advertisement He talked a lot of football with the coaching staff as LSU has surged right to the top of his recruitment. Oklahoma has held an edge in his recruitment with Florida moving up fast for him but Ohio State really impressed him over the weekend and now it's just a question of where the Buckeyes see Kreul on their board. After spending time with defensive coordinator Matt Patricia and position coach Larry Johnson, Kreul thinks it would be 'very hard to not see yourself getting developed into an NFL edge rusher.' Ole Miss has come on strong and Kreul will be taking a mid-week visit there as well. After being committed to Ole Miss since November, Legree backed off his pledge to the Rebels over the weekend. Florida has emerged as a main player for the four-star receiver from Niceville, Fla., with Miami, Mississippi State and Wisconsin all involved. Advertisement One other thing to watch: Legree is talking to Ohio State 'every day' and that could be something to follow especially if the Buckeyes keep up that interest. The 2027 four-star defensive back from Mobile (Ala.) Williamson remains committed to Florida State but the word is that his recruitment is 'still open' and that Auburn and Tennessee are the biggest threats to flip him. Scott was in Knoxville over the weekend and the Vols are showing 'constant love' as it was made clear to the four-star DB that he's a 'main priority' for that coaching staff. SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WITH FSU FANS AT Penn State and Michigan are still battling hard for the four-star offensive lineman from Leesburg (Va.) Loudoun County but Clemson is the team to beat especially after an excellent visit back there over the weekend. Advertisement Scruggs loves the culture and 'how different they are.' It's also been made clear he's the top guy and that means a lot as the Tigers have taken the lead. After backing off his pledge to Utah last week, the three-star tight end from Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks Christian has two visits scheduled for June and maybe more will be on the way. Simpson will be at Tulane from June 12-14 and then he will head to Purdue on the final visit weekend of June as those two teams have emerged. The three-star safety from Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward remains committed to Iowa State for now but his weekend visit to Michigan State 'turned the tables' for the Spartans. Thomas loved the coaching staff and the players and how they see using him in the program. Advertisement Plus the combination of football and academics is a huge draw as well. SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WITH IOWA STATE FANS AT Auburn and LSU are also very high on Willis' list after backing off an early pledge to Alabama and now Tennessee is definitely a major contender for him. Willis' old teammate from Moody, Ala., Sidney Walton, is already on the team and Tennessee 'feels like home really.' The Vols also laid out how they utilize a bunch of players upfront and that he can play early and that's a big draw. Ole Miss, Michigan and Miami are also main contenders in his recruitment.

Welcome back. Here's what you missed.

The unofficial start of summer has officially come and gone. You likely spent much of the past three days not visiting the websites you only frequent while you're working. Sure, you could scroll through the Rumor Mill to see what you missed. Or you could read this item and click the links that tickle your fancy. Advertisement Here's our best stuff from the three-day weekend that was. The impasse between the Bengals and first-rounder Shemar Stewart boils down to one very simple issue. The owners may be thinking that the pie is becoming too big to share equally with the players. The Commissioner says the NFL won't pick the Olympic team (but the Commissioner has strong influence over the group that will). Darrell "Housh" Doucette hopes flag football players get a fair chance to box out NFL barnstormers. At least one current NFL head coach is interested in coaching the Olympic team. A.J. Cole is now the highest-paid punter in the NFL. Advertisement The Jets may have supported the tush push because they plan on using it. The Bucs didn't sign 400-pound-plus defensive tackle Desmond Watson to combat the tush push. Eagles running back Saquon Barkley says those who oppose the tush push are "soft." Will there ever be another top quarterback who pushes back against the NFL's sorting hat? Fourteen years after the rookie wage scale, the No. 1 overall pick is almost doing as well as the last No. 1 overall pick before the money dried up. Jordon Hudson strenuously objects to Pablo Torre's refusal to give her attention without scrutiny. Advertisement Pablo Torre, who joins #PFTPM on Tuesday, stands by his reporting. Bill Belichick's consigliere has been eerily quiet over the past month. The NFL's scheduling guru agrees with Joe Burrow's main complaint about Cincinnati's 2025 slate. Tom Brady showed up in Indy and, to no surprise, got booed. (It would have gone worse in Buffalo.) Shannon Sharpe has postponed the Nightcap podcast summer tour until 2026. Could pro football be returning to Oakland? The Jets are undergoing a youth movement, after plenty of seasons that qualify as bowel movements.

Recruiting Rumor Mill: News keeps flowing on elite prospects

There is a ton of recruiting news flowing this week and so a second Recruiting Rumor Mill was needed. Here's the latest from Rivals national recruiting director Adam Gorney. NEW 2026 RIVALS250 RELEASED: Ranking | Gorney goes position-by-position | Toughest decisions MORE: Big visits happening for four-star receiver Madden Williams CLASS OF 2025 RANKINGS: Rivals250 | Team | Position | State CLASS OF 2026 RANKINGS: Rivals250 | Team | Position | State CLASS OF 2027 RANKINGS: Rivals250 | Team | Position | State TRANSFER PORTAL: Full coverage | Player ranking | Team ranking | Transfer search | Transfer Tracker Emerging as one of the top 2027 defensive tackles nationally, Oregon has a big early edge for the Chatsworth (Calif.) Sierra Canyon standout as he's loved his trips to Eugene and will be back on June 1. Texas A&M, Tennessee and USC are three others to watch and LSU just offered on Tuesday. But Oregon is definitely the team to beat. Oklahoma State is right in the thick of Dickson's recruitment, especially after a great visit to Stillwater where he got the family feel from the coaching staff and players there. There will be some competition out West to keep the three-star defensive end from Danville (Calif.) Monte Vista as well with SMU, Washington, Boise State and Arizona State as the others to watch. The No. 2 running back in the 2026 Rivals250 loved the scenery in Boulder, the mountains, meeting with coach Deion Sanders and position coach KJ Edwards, and the opportunity in Colorado's backfield on Day 1. But Texas and Texas A&M still probably battle it out for the Carthage, Texas, standout and the Longhorns still have the edge. The three-star defensive back from La Verne (Calif.) Damien has been committed to Syracuse since late November and it looked like Michigan State was the biggest competitor but now a visit to East Lansing in late May is off. Gates was just offered by Utah and he's now working to schedule a visit there for that first official visit weekend as the Utes should be watched closely. SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WITH SYRACUSE FANS AT It still feels like a long way off before Hildebrand makes his decision. Arizona State will make a major play and a host of SEC programs will be involved as well. And now Texas has jumped in with an offer. The 2027 four-star offensive tackle from Chandler (Ariz.) Basha was 'ecstatic' about the offer especially as his aunt and grandmother both went to college there and he grew up watching the Longhorns because his family loves the school so much. The four-star receiver from Norman (Okla.) North could very well end up at Oklahoma and no one would be surprised but James has taken a few visits to Washington and loved it and now Arizona State is very much on his radar. James loved how coach Kenny Dillingham interacts with the players and runs his program. Playing for Super Bowl MVP Hines Ward is also a major draw. The four-star edge rusher started his official visit schedule at Colorado over the weekend and while the Buffaloes probably trail other teams, there was a lot for Kreul to like especially on the coaching staff. Kreul loves that coach Deion Sanders hired defensive line coaches with great NFL experience and that defensive coordinator Robert Livingston is implementing an NFL defense. Florida, Ohio State, Texas and Oklahoma (still the perceived front-runner) will get his other visits. Washington was the team to beat in Loumoli's recruitment ahead of his visit and his trip over to campus only reinforced the Huskies even more as the leader. The 2027 four-star linebacker from Bellevue (Wash.) Eastside Catholic loves the coaches and players there and how 'electric' the team looks this spring. Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, Michigan, Tennessee, Michigan State and Notre Dame round out the list but Washington leads. A top five has emerged of Arizona State, Kansas, Oklahoma, Michigan State and Wisconsin for the three-star edge rusher from St. Louis (Mo.) Ladue Horton Watkins. Marden is coming off a visit to Tempe where he hit it off with position coach A.J. Cooper and others as the Sun Devils make their move, although staying in the Midwest is more than possible. Houston, Memphis, Mississippi State, Tulane and Georgia Tech have been the front-runners for Morris but after a recent visit to Oklahoma State, the Cowboys are very high on the list as well. What stood out most about Morris was how much he could see the coaches cared about their players and the facilities made a big impression on the three-star defensive tackle from Semmes (Ala.) Mary Montgomery. From the coaches to the players to the program, Indiana made a big impression on Nagle over the weekend and the message from the coaches about how they develop great defensive linemen made a big impact on the Wayne (N.J.) DePaul Catholic three-star defensive end. The Hoosiers, Michigan State and Boston College are the frontrunners. Washington definitely has the early edge for the 2027 three-star defensive tackle from Seattle (Wash.) O'Dea and that was only reinforced after another visit to campus where he loved the atmosphere of Husky Stadium for the spring game. Washington State, Arizona, Cal and Notre Dame have also caught his attention but the Huskies look best. The four-star receiver from Texarkana (Texas) Liberty-Eylau has been committed to Arkansas since late November but over the weekend Prevo visited SMU and the word is there 'can be a change' coming in his recruitment. Maybe it's just post-visit momentum but Prevo felt like family with the Mustangs and the message from the coaches is that they have a spot ready for him right now. SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WITH ARKANSAS FANS AT June will be a busy month for the four-star offensive tackle from Windsor, Colo., with visits planned to Alabama, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Tennessee, and his top eight still remains. But another great trip to Colorado has him thinking about staying home. Only about an hour away, Boulder feels comfortable and the CU coaching staff is pushing hard to keep him there without pressuring too much. Landing an offer from Texas is 'huge' for the four-star offensive tackle from Phoenix (Ariz.) Mountain Pointe and 'as good as it gets' as the Longhorns now become a serious contender in his recruitment. The word is Thomas is shifting some visits around as he now plans to take an official visit to Austin.
