Iconic local theater officially unveils new sign
DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The Dixie Twin Drive-In officially unveiled their new sign after it was damaged in severe weather last year.
On Friday morning, the iconic local movie theater held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate their new sign. This is a replacement after the original one was destroyed due to remnants of Hurricane Helene.

Those at the Drive-In say they're happy to have a local staple back up and running. The owner says while this sign might not be as big as the original, it has more lights to invite moviegoers to visit.
'Harrison Township was fantastic and integral in getting this expedited and fast tracked so that we can rebuild this wonderful homage to the original sign,' said Ryan Levin, owner and vice president. 'Folks are ecstatic that we have this landmark, this Northridge, this North Dayton landmark back.'
