50 Cent Denies Assisting JAY-Z's Alleged Son With Paternity Case: 'Keep My Name Out Of This Sh*t'
One thing about 50 Cent, he proudly takes ownership for whatever vindictive moves he makes as Hip-Hop's biggest villain. Thus, it came as no surprise that the 50-year-old rapper recently denied assisting Rymir Satterthwaite, Jay-Z's alleged son, with his decades-long paternity case. A YouTube account that brands itself as revealing, 'the truth behind celebrity drama, family secrets, and industry moves you were never meant to see' claimed that the G-Unit leader, 'personally reached out to Rymir and offered up his powerful legal team.' Fif caught wind of the accusation and addressed it via Instagram. 'Yo I never met this kid and I'm not helping him with anything,' he wrote in a now-deleted post. 'Keep my name out of this [sh*t] please.' The 'In Da Club' rapper never shies away from commenting on people's business, and has proudly been a thorn in Hov's side for years, so this type of act could be easy to pin on him. However, the Power executive producer is not willing to let that narrative fly. Satterthwaite, currently 31 years old, has been pursuing the Brooklyn rapper for decades, claiming that he was involved with his mother in the 90s, which led to his conception. Weeks ago, US Weekly obtained court documents revealing that Hov's legal team called Satterhwaite's lawsuit the latest effort in a 'decades-long harassment.' Satterthwaite has held firm and even accused the '99 Problems' rapper of attempting to suppress him from telling his truth. He claims Jay has taken advantage of the legal system to evade being held accountable. The Roc Nation leader has denied paternity in a variety of ways, namely via song. 'Billie Jean in his prime/ For the thousandth time, the kid ain't mine/ Online they call me Dad, kiddingly/ You're not supposed to take this Dad thing literally,' he rapped on 'Heard About Us' from his 2018 collaborative album with Beyoncé, Everything Is Love. Rymir Satterthwaite, JAY-Z's Alleged Son, Drops Paternity Lawsuit
Rymir Satterthwaite—the man who has long claimed to be the music mogul's son—has officially withdrawn his legal petition requesting that the hip-hop icon submit to a court-ordered paternity test. After years of fighting to establish a biological connection to Shawn 'JAY-Z' Carter, the notice to drop the case was filed in California on Friday (July 18), bringing a pause to a saga that has spanned over a decade. If the petition is dismissed without prejudice, Satterthwaite has the right to refile his complaint at any time. Satterthwaite, now in his 30s, maintains that JAY-Z had a romantic relationship with his late mother, Wanda, in the 1990s, which allegedly led to his birth in 1993. Despite his persistent public claims, JAY-Z has dismissed Satterthwaite's remarks as 'fabricated,' and no paternity test has ever been administered or ordered by the court. Earlier this year, Satterthwaite spoke candidly to the Daily Mail, expressing frustration at the lack of response from the billionaire entertainer and entrepreneur. 'If he is not, why can't he prove me wrong?' he asked. 'Go to the courtroom and do what everyone else has to do. I can take a no. I can take being embarrassed, I been through a lot. I could take me being embarrassed, I just can't take him not saying nothing. It is not fair. I am coming to the courts for the truth.' Despite the emotional toll, Satterthwaite has remained firm in stating that his motivation was never financial gain or fame. 'I would never hate Jay-Z, I respect him for everything he did,' he said. 'I have been going through a whole lot for so many years because of this case. Me and my mom and my god mom, we have seen the worst in people. Slandering my name saying I want Jay-Z money.' He added, 'I am going to fight until I am not here no more. If it takes another 10 years. Another 50. I may take this to the grave with me. But everyone can say I fought this until the end… I am not trying to do this to make anyone seem like a bad person or a bad father.' Satterthwaite's claim mirrors that of his late mother, who passed away in 2016. Prior to her death, she reportedly recorded a clip in which she reiterated her son's allegations against JAY-Z. 'My name is Wanda Satterthwaite and I am the mother of Rymir Satterthwaite,' she said in a video, according to Radar Online. 'Today is April 20, 2016, and I want the world to know that I support my son in his paternity suit with Shawn Corey Carter. I stand by my allegations regarding this man.' Jay-Z Breaks Silence On Alleged Secret Love Child's Lawsuit
Jay-Z is maintaining his initial tone on his alleged love child's true identity! The record executive has now disproved claims made by Rymir Satterthwaite as just another stunt in his series of harassment against him for years now. Jay-Z's alleged love child first publicly claimed paternal ties with the rapper in 2015 with legal documents accusing him of evading a paternity test and bullying due to his celebrity status. The rapper slammed Rymir's latest lawsuit, describing it as another fabricated story from a collection of decades-long harassment targeted at him. Jay-Z shared that he had just learned of the lawsuit last month, and his attorney had requested time to prepare a proper official response to Rymir's allegations. The 31-year-old had accused Jay-Z of exploiting "legal systems in multiple jurisdictions to suppress Rymir's paternity claim and prevent legal accountability." He noted that the process of getting Jay-Z to submit himself for a paternity test and the loopholes he had experienced had left him with emotional and psychological distress. Rymir added that he developed several mental and physical health issues due to the stress of the case. The embarrassment and anxiety also came in significant measures. Jay-Z, in his new response, described Rymir's claims as fabricated allegations and recycled false claims that have been rejected and addressed by different courts in the past. "Satterthwaite's continued harassment of Jay-Z and disregard of those orders has already resulted in a contempt order," the response concluded, according to RadarOnline. Rymir had previously explained that his legal battle with Jay-Z is about pushing the court system to prioritize justice and not practice favoritism. He detailed his family's struggle to get to the bottom of the paternity issue, saying: "Me, my godmother, my mother, and my entire family have been fighting really, really hard against very, very strong opposition." Rymir's mother, Wanda Satterthwaite, also left a video recording of her version of events before she passed away in 2016. In the clip, she declared her support for her son to ascertain his connection to the rapper through a paternity test. The accuser's godmother gave a new angle to the story, sharing that the rapper was hesitant to clear his name and do the rest because Wanda was a minor when they had sex. Dr. Lillie Coley added that Jay-Z's refusal to resolve matters privately led them to seek his attention through a larger platform. "He could have still done something behind the scenes and come up with a good solution. And this would be over with – you don't even need the courts," Lillie noted. The entrepreneur battled another hefty accusation from an anonymous client, represented by Tony Buzbee earlier in the year. As shared by The Blast, the accuser claimed that the rapper and his colleague Sean "Diddy" Combs sexually assaulted her at age 13. Replying to the lawsuit, Jay Z shared that the lawsuit came with some dangerous attention around himself and his family, including death threats. He also accused Buzbee of filing the lawsuit to force him into an uncomfortable situation with his family after his previous attempts to get money from him with several allegations. "People have said, 'I can't wait until you join (Combs) in prison. Then later in hell,'" Jay-Z alleged in his complaint. "Other comments have accused me of being a 'satanist,' a 'trafficker,' a 'terrorist,' and a 'monster,'" the record executive shared as he slammed the lawsuits as "blatant blackmail attempts." The father-of-three added that the accusation left a dent on his reputation and a leak in his pocket as he lost business deals and contracts totaling $20 million. The 55-year-old showed up at his wife's Paris concert last month, where he drove another nail into the coffin of his legendary friendship with Ye. As reported by The Blast, he performed their famous song "N-gg-s In Paris" from their critically acclaimed album "Watch The Throne" and wittingly adjusted a section. "Gold bottles, scold models, Spillin' Ace on my sick J's. (Ball so hard) B-tch, behave. Just might let you meet Bey," Jay-Z rapped, seemingly replacing "Ye" with his wife's name, "Bey." Ye had taken a jab at the Roc Nation founder during one of his X rants, where he used an insensitive term for his kids and also questioned their friendship. In his words: "HOV NOT COMING TO MY FIRST WEDDING, HIM PUTTING KENDRICK ON THE SUPER BOWL OVER ME ON EVEN US NEVER BEING INVITED TO SH-T TAKING JABS ABOUT MY RED HAT ON DONDA." He added that the power couple could have used their "cultural positions" to give him leverage over the Kardashians, who have allegedly taken control of the kids he shares with ex, Kim Kardashian. Although the rapper apologized for his outburst, it seems the deed had already been done. Everyone connected to the hip-hop legend seems to have so much to say, including his wife, who has been documenting everything happening in her life for a while now for an upcoming memoir. The mother-of-three has reportedly drawn so much inspiration from her mother, Tina Knowles' recent memoir, and is prepared to find her voice and tell her story. "Beyoncé has been private about her personal life, but she documents everything, so she has technically been writing one for over a decade now," a source added. She is reportedly getting all the support behind the scenes to set the narratives straight this one time, including her marriage and Jay-Z's rumored infidelity. Things got messy with the family in 2014 after an outburst from Beyoncé's sister, Solange Knowles, inside an elevator where she was seen physically attacking the rapper. Sources claimed it was due to the alleged infidelity, as Beyoncé failed to intervene in the attack or hold her sister from hitting her husband. The family has since addressed the issues in a statement, describing it as one of those things a family goes through, but speculations abound that there is more to the story. Will Jay-Z succeed in getting Rymir Satterthwaite's case dismissed for good this time?
