Netherlands set to tour Bangladesh for three T20Is
Bangladesh are set to host the Netherlands for the first time in a bilateral series, with the two sides scheduled to play a three-match T20I series. The series will begin on August 30, with all three matches set to be played in Sylhet. The Netherlands will arrive in Bangladesh on August 26 and will have three training days before the series kicks off. The first T20I is scheduled for August 30, followed by the second and third matches on September 1 and 3, respectively - all to be played at the SICS in Sylhet. The series will serve as crucial preparation for Bangladesh ahead of the Asia Cup, which begins on September 9. Back in 2012, the Netherlands hosted Bangladesh for a two-match T20I series - their only bilateral encounter prior to the upcoming tour. Bangladesh announce schedule for Test series against Zimbabwe
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has confirmed the schedule for Zimbabwe's upcoming Test tour of Bangladesh. The series will commence with the first Test at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on 20 April, followed by the second Test at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram from 28 April. Zimbabwe and Bangladesh last took on each other in the longest format of the game back in July 2021, where Bangladesh came out on top by 220 runs in Harare. Breaking barriers, building experiences | A special feature on Women's Day Zimbabwe last featured in a Test match in Bangladesh in February 2020, where the hosts secured a commanding victory by an innings and 106 runs.
