Man with Alzheimer's located after missing from Raytown home: MSHP
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has issued a SILVER Alert Saturday, July 19 for a missing 74-year-old man in Raytown, Missouri.
MSHP says that Delbert Clouser, a white man, was last seen on July 19 around 2 p.m. at 7013 Hawthorne Avenue in Raytown. Clouser is diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease, according to police.

According to the highway patrol's report, Clouser left his home to go on a walk around the block, but is yet to return.
MSHP says that Clouser is thought to be wearing a ball cap, glasses, a plaid shirt, blue jeans and black, steel-toed work boots. He stands about 6'1″ tall, weighs around 180 pounds, has a long white beard and a tattoo of a sand dollar on his left wrist.
