SIMON Cowell is lining up another TV talent contest — this time about the search for the next Little Mix. It comes as the record producer, who helped the girl group find success on the X Factor in 2011, is about to wrap filming on his hunt for a hit boyband. But Simon was so confident in his boyband search concept that he set out on it before it was confirmed that Netflix would pick it up.
