Bhavna Pandey ‘Cannot Wait' For Nephew Ahaan Panday's Debut In Saiyaara

Ahaan Panday is all set to make his Bollywood debut in Mohit Suri's romantic saga Saiyaara. Since the launch of the trailer, the film has created significant buzz across the internet. The film revolves around a young couple's intense relationship spiralling through passionate moments and devastating setbacks as they fight to keep their love alive. As Ahaan Panday is gearing up to make his debut, Bhavna Pandey took to social media to congratulate her nephew for the new beginnings. Taking to Instagram Stories, Bhavna shared a snippet of Saiyaara's trailer on the big screen and wrote, 'Trailer on the Big Screen. @ahaanpandayy!! Can't wait!!! Looking so good!!!" followed by heart emojis. Besides Bhavna Pandey, Ahaan's cousin Ananya and Alanna also took to social media to praise Ahaan on his debut film. The trailer introduces Ahaan Panday as Krish Kapoor, an aspiring singer, and Aneet Padda as a gifted songwriter who pens lyrics for his music. It follows the budding romance between the two as they meet, collaborate, and slowly fall in love. However, the narrative takes a dark and dramatic turn when Aneet's character unexpectedly pulls a knife on Krish, demanding that he leave the event. The trailer hints at a deeper emotional conflict as Krish undergoes a visible transformation, breaking down in tears and revealing a more intense, vulnerable side. In one gripping scene, his on-screen father warns him, 'Apne pyaar ke liye na khud ko khatam mat kar lena" ('Don't ruin your life for love"), adding further emotional weight to the story's romantic turmoil. According to YRF, Ahaan Panday went through a rigorous grooming session before signing the film. He was groomed by Aditya Chopra and trained at YRF for over six years before signing the film. He was also introduced to director Mohit Suri for auditions and screen tests before starting filming. Saiyaara marks Mohit Suri's much-awaited return to the musical genre, which includes films like Aashiqui 2, Ek Villain, Humari Adhuri Kahani, and Malang, among others. Saiyaara, the Mohit Suri-directed musical romantic drama featuring debutant Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda in the leads, is generating significant buzz. Recently, the makers unveiled the film's official trailer, which received positive responses from fans and critics alike. Several Bollywood celebs have cheered for the trailer. The latest one to join the bandwagon is actress Bipasha Basu, who gave a shoutout to the film. The trailer begins with newcomer Ahaan Panday fighting back against what many people now refer to as 'nepotism'. Saiyaara will be facing a clash with Anupam Kher's upcoming directorial venture Tanvi The Great featuring debutant Shubhangi Dutt in the lead. Coming back to Bipasha, the actress recently announced that she will be making her Bollywood comeback soon. However, details about her project are yet to be revealed. She told ETimes, 'I miss the camera. I love acting. I used to do it 365 days a year and I've done it for 20 years. So, I do miss it. And it (return to acting) will happen soon."
