Son among 3 get life term for killing man over property dispute
Koderma: The court of additional district and sessions judge III, Rakesh Chandra, on Wednesday sentenced a man and his two accomplices to life imprisonment for murdering a person over property dispute.
Samasul Ansari, son of the deceased Sakur Miyan, Asgar Ansari alias Garo, and Dwarika Turi, all residents of Nimadih in Giridih, were found guilty under Section 302 of the IPC.
On Feb 5, 2024, Sakur Miyan was murdered. Police found that Samasul Ansari gave a contract of Rs 3 lakh to kill his father over a property dispute. TNN
