Volkswagen Australia has voiced its interest in the most powerful Golf GTI ever, though it's unclear when it might make it into local showrooms. "The Golf GTI Edition 50 is currently under study by Volkswagen Australia for a local introduction, pending technical milestones and a business case for the vehicle," Sam Dabestani, product communications manager for VW Group Australia, told CarExpert.
