I'm 6ft 2' & my man is 2ft 11' – he's always the little spoon but when it comes to sex, our height doesn't matter
A VERY tall woman with a much shorter boyfriend has shared what their life is like. Sarah Button is 6ft 2in – comparatively, her partner, Gabriel Pimentel, is just 2ft 11in. 9 9 9 He also happens to be 19 years older. But the 26-year-old, a content creator with almost 250,000 TikTok followers, says neither age nor height stands in the way of their relationship. 'I've never had many issues with dating, but always found myself dating people about an inch shorter,' Sarah told What's The Jam. 'But, I am currently dating a much shorter guy and we get fetishised a lot. 'He is 2'11 tall and 45 years old. '[These are] both the biggest gaps I have had – ever. 'Height doesn't bother me in regards to partners matching mine or [being] taller. 'But I do get bothered by the thought of people suddenly realising how 'large' I am and wanting someone smaller. 'It [our height difference] doesn't change the dynamics too much; he still drives, works and picks me up from the airport etc. 'There are just certain accommodations to make [in other areas]. Couple's Clever Hack to Mask Height Difference 'There are definitely proportional differences in the bedroom but the difference in this relationship is the amount of effort he puts in both in person. 'I wish people would understand that we're all the same size laying down and other things matter. 'And to take into account that tall bodies move differently so some movements can look a little awkward and need to be adjusted (in the gym, during sex etc). 'I hope men understand that being a little spoon at least once in your life feels great! ' I know so many short-guy-tall-girl combos that are such successful pairings Sarah Button Sarah and her beau also face another challenge – while she is based in Brisbane, Australia, he lives in Los Angeles, US. But they are both making the effort and have been together for six months so far. Before meeting Gabriel, the influencer had a certain way of dating to make sure she didn't get hurt. She said: 'Height is something I always had in my bio straight away on dating apps along with 'Probably taller than you'. 9 9 9 Celebrity couples with height differences Zendaya (5'10") and Tom Holland (5'8") Cameron Diaz (5'9") and Benji Madden (5'6") Eniko Parrish (5'7") and Kevin Hart (5'4") Gwendoline Christie (6'3") and Giles Deacon (6') Tina Fey (5'5") and Jeff Richmond (5'2") Nicole Kidman (5'11") and Keith Urban (5'10") Helen Lasichanh (5'11") and Pharrell Williams (5'9") Erin Darke (5'7") and Daniel Radcliffe (5'5") 'Also, the amount of times someone with 6'2 in their bio has been 5'10 is hilarious. 'Not that the height matters but the deception is a red flag off the bat from them!' Sarah believes more men should try dating a taller woman. She said: ' Shorter guys wanting to date a taller girl should shoot for the moon, I know so many short-guy-tall-girl combos that are such successful pairings. '[Growing up, being tall] always made me a bit self-conscious. 'I was more negatively impacted when I was younger and taller than everyone at school but eventually everyone grew so I stood out less! 'Now I walk with my head high and know that it sets me apart and I love it. 'I do worry about posture more than most people though!' 9 9 9

Woman, 27, left furious over 'wild' text message she received from beautician after a Brazilian wax
A young Australian woman was left in shock when she received a follow-up text from her beautician after her first Brazilian wax. Sarah Button, 27, told her 244,000 TikTok followers that her waxing lady informed her she would have to pay more for her next appointment. A Brazilian wax removes hair from the pubic area. Already an intimate treatment, Sarah was mortified when the beautician told her the 'size of the area' would cost her more next time. The waxer says via text: 'Thanks hun. Just in future I'll have to charge you a little more just for the size of the area. I hope that makes sense! 'Nothing crazy like $5-10 extra. Enjoy Melbourne!' Sarah, in shock and unsure how to respond, replied with 'no worries'. But later she realised she was furious about the insensitive interaction. 'It made me feel initially a bit sad and confused and ashamed but that quickly turned to anger and I was just p**sed off about the whole thing,' she told The waxer informed Sarah she would have to pay more next time owing to the 'size of the area' 'I was mostly p**sed that there wasn't any mention of it during the consultation or the actual appointment or anything. 'It wasn't until I'd got home that I got the message.' Sarah said the experience was particularly hurtful as she's been vocal online about her fatty upper pubic area (known as a FUPA), a source of insecurity that she nonetheless embraces. And when she shared the exchange online, customers and beauticians were united in their fury. One wrote: 'As a professional in this industry, that is BS.' 'I'm a bigger girl and I've never been charged extra,' wrote another. A commenter suggested: 'If they want to charge extra, let them advertise it and see what reaction they get.' Many in the comments remarked on a double standard evidenced by the fact that smaller clients do not get reduced prizes. Customers and beauticians alike took the comments to express their disapproval 'That's crazy. Please don't go back there,' said one person. And another added: 'I'd find a new waxer.' Although the public was overwhelmingly on Sarah's side, a few pointed out that waxing larger clients translates to extra product used by the waxer. However, size variation between different customers is generally included in the standard pricing at most salons. And beauticians tend to avoid altering prices according to size or other features affecting the treatments, so as not to be discriminatory and for their own ease.

Instagram/ sarahsbutton The 27-year-old said she's sure this isn't a common experience, and she doesn't want to put anyone off getting waxed but it was too wild not to share. When Buttons shared the text exchange online, people were pretty outraged, and also just very shocked. 'That is crazy. Please don't go back there,' one said. 'She cannot send you that,' someone else claimed. 'No way,' one remarked. 'That is ridiculous. The nerve of that person,' someone else said. 'Just no. Find another,' one recommended. 'Crikey that is rough,' someone said. One pointed out that charging someone more is ridiculous and argued she's certain the waxer isn't charging smaller people less. Advertisement A few chimed in and pointed out that if you have a larger area to wax, that does mean a waxer would need to use extra product. That obviously means it'd cost the business more, but in general, size variation between customers is usually worked into standard pricing.
