Chittor police burn seized narcotics
Bhilwara: Police Tuesday destroyed illegal poppy husk, cannabis and smack seized from eight police stations in Chittorgarh district. The action came after court verification. SP Manish Tripathi was present at the site and the action was carried out under the supervision of the District Drug Disposal Committee. SP Manish Tripathi of Chittorgarh stated that the storerooms of police stations in the district are filled with narcotics and vehicles seized under the NDPS Act, creating storage issues for other confiscated items. Rape-murder: Key accused held, minor detained
1 2 3 4 Bhilwara: Chittorgarh police Saturday arrested a man, key accused and detained a minor in connection with the rape and murder of a 20-year-old woman at Tulsi Enclave Colony on Nimbahera Road, Chittorgarh, Wednesday evening. SP Manish Tripathi said the victim, a Class 11 student from the Kotwali police station area, was found dead near Tulsi Enclave. A special team was formed under ASP Sarita Singh and led by ASI Himmat Singh of Sadar police station to probe the case. An FSL team collected evidence, and a case of rape and murder was registered at Sadar police station. Rajasthan police arrest fugitive drug trafficker wanted for four years
