Brooklyn Beckham slammed for comment on wife Nicola's naked bath photo
Billionaire heiress, Nicola Peltz, has shared a nude photo of herself, posed to perfection in the bath, however her husband Brooklyn Beckham's response hasn't gone down well
Brooklyn Beckham has been slammed by fans after commenting on his wife's jaw-dropping photo. Nicola Peltz, 30, made sure all eyes were on her in the saucy snap, which she proudly posted on Instagram and in which she poses to perfection in the bath - completely nude.
The billionaire heiress captioned the image: "Best memories" with a string of holiday emojis as proud hubby Brooklyn, 26, gushed: "I took the photo in the bath" followed by a love heart. However, fans were distinctly unimpressed with his response, with several calling him out in the comments.
Claiming the reply was 'totally unnecessary', one quipped: "Hey, every time we know you took the photo, don't have to say it every time." Another replied: "Well, that should get some tabloid coverage" as a third sniped: "He has no choice! He has to do everything she says."
Meanwhile, a fourth fumed: "We get it, you guys love each other. Maybe spend more time telling each other than telling the world."
However, there were some positive replies, as one fan responded: "Some nasty comments from jealous people! Wow ... be better. They're a beautiful young couple who happen to be rich ! Good luck to them I say."
It comes as the feud between the couple and the Beckham family continues to rumble on, with Brooklyn and Nicola showing no signs of reaching out to David and Victoria after swerving the England star's 50th birthday in May.
Brooklyn and his brothers, Romeo and Cruz, also do not follow each other on Instagram as rumours of in-fighting between the siblings continue to swirl.
As the feud continues, Brooklyn's godfather, Sir Elton John, has reportedly stepped in to try and fan the flames of peace after hosting the wannabe chef and Nicola in Cannes.
The music legend, 78, recently took the young couple for lunch in the celebrity mecca alongside husband David Furnish. The gathering took place at the upscale La Guerite beach club, where the group reportedly addressed the strained family dynamics.
'Elton is the showbiz equivalent of Switzerland,' a source told The Sun in relation to Elton's peace-keeping attempts. 'He's utterly neutral in this row.'
And while the Saturday Night's Alright (For Fighting) star may have previously leaned into celebrity rivalries, such as his past feud with Madonna, those close to him say he's now more interested in maintaining peace.
The insider claimed: 'Elton of old may have relished in taking sides - in this case his young godson, Brooklyn, but two years off his 80th birthday, he's a man who has seen and done it all.
"He just wants everyone to be happy."
