UAQ Ruler receives Ambassador of Qatar
7 June 2025 14:02 UMM AL QAIWAIN (WAM)His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, received Sultan Salmeen Al Mansouri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the UAE, at his palace this morning, on the occasion of Eid Al meeting was attended by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Deputy Ruler of Umm Al Qatari Ambassador offered Eid greetings to His Highness Sheikh Saud, who in turn exchanged congratulations and blessings with him. The ambassador prayed to God Almighty to bless the Ruler with continued health and wellness, and to bring peace, prosperity and blessings to the UAE and the Arab and Islamic nations. The reception was attended by a number of sheikhs, local department heads and officials.

6 June 2025 09:21 UMM AL QAIWAIN (WAM)His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, today offered the Eid Al Adha prayer at the Ahmed bin Rashid Al Mualla Mosque in the the Al Rass region of the Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Qaiwain, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Deputy Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, a number of Sheikhs, senior officials, dignitaries and members of Muslim communities in Umm Al Qaiwain also offered prayers alongside the Umm Al Qaiwain Ruler. After the prayer, Sheikh Saud exchanged Eid greetings with Sheikhs and senior officials.

UAQ Ruler appoints Deputy Ruler
4 June 2025 15:31 UMM AL QAIWAIN (WAM) His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, has issued Amiri Decree No. (7) of 2025, appointing Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla as Deputy Ruler of the Emirate of Umm Al decree also stipulates the cancellation of previous Amiri Decrees: Decree No. (1) of 2004 and Decree No. (1) of 2007, along with any decisions issued pursuant to them. The decree shall come into force from the date of its signing and shall be published in the official gazette.
