Highlights of PIF's human capital
Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) disclosed that it employed a total of 2,962 individuals by the end of 2024, with Saudi nationals accounting for approximately 85% of the workforce, or 2,503 Saudi employees compared to 459 non-Saudis.
Males represented 65.67% of the total workforce, numbering 1,945 employees, while females made up 34.33%, with 1,017 female employees.
