Woman charged in deadly shooting plans to plead guilty
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – A woman charged in connection with a deadly Sioux Falls shooting plans to plead guilty.
Police arrested Savannah Lee Randle, 33, following a shooting in Aug. 2024 involving juveniles and a stolen gun inside her home on West 7th Street.

The 911 caller said one of the teens shot himself, but detectives later determined that wasn't the case.
Court documents say a teenager was playing with a stolen 9mm handgun, when it went off and sent a bullet into another teenager's head.
Randle initially faced a dozen felony charges, including child abuse and accessory to a felony.
On Monday, she's scheduled to plead guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misprision of a felony, which are both misdemeanors.
In exchange for her guilty plea, all of the felony charges will be dismissed. Her petition to plead guilty says she could face one year behind bars for each of the charges.
Police also arrested a juvenile in connection with the deadly shooting, but authorities haven't released information on that case because of the suspect's age.
